This was my first ever eye exam/experience with an optometrist, and I am beyond impressed by this place! From the second I walked through the door, there was a staff member accommodating me every step of the way. They were so friendly and personable. I had great conversation with everyone I interacted with, yet it did not hold up the process at all and they were able to get me in and out so swiftly! The only reason I was there for more than 30 mins was to pick out my frames. I was able to get some nice designer frames for what I thought was extremely reasonable pricing, given the price of my lenses. Nothing bad to say at all, in fact I've convinced my mom to come get new frames from here as well! read more

I would give this place 1 star but they actually had cold water, so my buddy water gets a point. The staff(Sara) is very to the point and pushy / fake friendly until they find out your not purchasing your lens or frames from them, that's when the real characters come out. Most especially the sales helper Sara (older Asian lady, PS: not a nice person)shooed us off after we showed interest in pursuing independent research on the 450$ frames ( which thankfully we waited as we got them for MUCH less than that ) she kind of treated us as if we were second class citizens and couldn't afford to be shopping there. This was a few moments after bragging about her huge house that her ex boyfriend had in NorCal (why aren't you there ?) and how she couldn't keep her dog. Well thanks for the story and I'm glad you didn't take the dog, probably better off where he is. The doctor was polite enough although obviously a bit burned out of doing the same thing day in and day out I applaud her efforts to maintain a sales orientated game face. The doctors here are superb, and the optician is nice as well. The only thing that ruins this place is the people working up front. I don't know the ladies name (black hair with glasses), but she got our insurance coverage wrong; when my daughter tried correcting her, she gave her an attitude and stated that our insurance only covers one frame and one lens. Well, she was wrong, and when my daughter called a few days later to complain after verifying with our insurance company, the person on the phone (don't know if it was the same person) proceeded to tell my daughter that she was at fault because "it is the patient's responsibility to know their coverage." She should have just listened to my daughter instead of correcting her with false info. This happened about a year or two ago. Go here for the eye doctors (Dr. Sherry and Dr. Rosenblum), but ask for your prescription and take your business elsewhere for the frames. read more

I've been going to Eyesite for over 10 years and I would not trust anyone but Dr. David to look at my eyes. The staff is friendly and the equipment is state of the art. I have a long narrow face and sometimes it's hard to find glasses that fit my face but the staff at Eyesite always knows exactly which styles and brands worked for my face . The best! Having had mixed experiences at Costco, I tried Eyesite for my eye exam. I was given a very extensive exam and then was shown eye glasses. I had checked with Costco on the frames, but chose to go with Eyesite even thought it was to cost more. It all went through VSP who has my vision insurance. I believe it went through the VSP lab. I now have a great pair of glasses. As a side note, I did rub my eye the wrong way this week, and Eyesite was able to see my right away and did an exam for almost free. Okay I don't really write reviews. However, I do have to say I am so impressed with this place that I had to take the time to write this reviews. Let's start with the Cons as I like to hear the bad things first. This place has some people learning optometry and they may not be as fast as some places when it comes to testing. But don't let that discredit their knowledge. They were very thorough and made me feel taken care of. Pros of this place is a hit more extensive. For one the office is beautiful and well presented in a fashionable manner. The people are great at helping you pick the correct kind of glasses for you as well as the best style. The Doctors are extremely patient and do not rush through the exam. They make you feel relaxed and help you feel confident in your answers. They even go the extra mile as to educate you on best practices and what products for eye care I should use when working on a computer all day. If I could give this place mote stars I 100% would. I will update pictures after once i get my new glasses which take 7-10 business days. read more

I had lasik about 4 years ago that really created a problem with driving at night. I went to a few eye dr's to see about getting that resolved and until meeting Dr. David Rosenblum at Eyesite Optometry this problem is no longer a problem. He took the time to understand my issues, worked through them with state of the art tools and just smart ways of dealing with the problem of driving in twilight and darkness. I tried out my glasses and what a huge difference,with out nausea and discomfort. I feel that I am safe to drive at night for me and other drivers on the road. Found this place on Groupon. Wasn't expecting much but such a great find! The eye exam for glasses was free, their glass selection was great. They gave me cleaning solution extra cases etc. I really liked their staff, they were really well mannered and helpful. I also liked my experience here because I just turned 27 and got kicked off my dads amazing insurance. I ever had to worry or look at prices. Everything was covered. This was an eye opener when I found out I couldn't just pick the first frame I want. But they worked well with me, discounted where they can, got me in and out with glasses in like an hour. Yasmin was helping me she's wonderful. Took time with my indecisiveness. Great experience. Now I am enjoying a beautiful lunch in the socal sun with my beautiful new glasses. Thanks guys! read more
