Came here this morning using living social voucher. Had a pleasant experience with everything except for pricing. Lenses cost $50 dollars each in addition to frames is a little much in my opinion. Aside from the disappointment on prices, I have to say that the service provided at this office was superb. I will definitely come here again for eye exam. $75 for glasses exam, $70 for contacts, and there is an optional $29 for some glaucoma test. Dr. Rosenblaum was very attentive and cordial. He was quick yet thorough while examining my eyes. He even gave me a free pair of contacts to try in addition to a sample of contact solution without me having to ask. How cool is that? Front desk Staff - pleasant on phone and in person. Glasses sales guy - very helpful but came off kind of too strong. I almost wished to have some time to myself to try on the glasses. But that's just me. Like I mentioned since prices were out of my budget, I picked the most inexpensive ones there and asked for copy of my prescription ( so I can buy glasses online ;). Without hesitation he quickly took my request to the doctor. Nice guy! Glasses selection - lots of choices Gucci, Juicy, Rayban. You name it, they've got it. I read through some of the reviews and was surprised to find such a large amount of negative reviews. Fortunately I have always had great services from both teams - staff and doctors. I don't know if it's because I'm a long time patient here; nonetheless, it has always been great. Everyone has always been helpful and patient since it does sometimes take a while to select what type of frame I want. The staff has always gone out of their way to help me find what suits me best. I've been going to Eyesite Optometry for the past few years. I found them through VSP and because they sell Chanel glasses. I love me some Chanel! I'm writing this because of a particular customer service rep name Felicia. Felicia's customer service is beyond amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. She is customer service done right. You know how some service reps just try to sell you something or everything you try on, they say "that looks great on you" and you have a feeling it doesn't? When you ask Felicia for her opinion, she is straight up honest. She treats and speaks to you like a friend. I love that in someone, especially when your buying something expensive like Chanel glasses! Felicia is so patient, especially while I was trying on every single pair! They didn't have the style I was looking for but no problem, Felicia special ordered them for me. Staff was extremely nice!!! I bought the groupon and was seen two hours later. I loved that I was able to get a same day appointment. The doctor (I'm horrible with names but she was blonde) was knowledgeable and was able to get my prescription to 20/20 vision. The only bad thing was I still paid $750 including the groupon, but they are nice name brand glasses but I wasn't expecting to pay that much. Follow up: They have completed my glasses but when I went to pick them up, they were distorted horribly. The staff figured out that they didn't measure where my pupils were, so now they have to remake the lenses, at no extra cost, but it's been a week and I'm still waiting. this is why I have gone from 5 stars to 4. read more

I don't know about you, but going to see the ophthalmologist is the worst. When they ask the questions is A more clear or B ...? C more clear or D...,? it doesn't sometimes matter it's very difficult to make that decision. Maybe most people don't feel like I do. I just get so frustrated. So the last two people I saw were very nice people, however one missed diagnosed me with some weird thing that doesn't matter for the yelp review and then the other person just frankly gave me the wrong prescription. I'm not that blind. But I do read a ton so I was getting rather frustrated. Then a miracle happened!!! I walked in to this place and the gates of heaven open LOL. The people are kind warm and know what they are doing. Absolutely that question came, is A more clear or B ...? Now is C better or D? But it was different this time! She was kind patient and didn't rush me. She explained every single step to ease my unjustified or at times justified anxiety. I told her I just want to be able to read without my eyes getting so tired. The Doctors response: No problem. She was correct. My prescription is completely accurate. I could not be more pleased and genuinely happy. This place is fantastic. I sincerely recommend this business. Yes, they take insurance. read more

I've been coming here for eye exams, contacts, and glasses for years. I think my first memory was six years ago. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience to date. Literally every single employee here is so helpful and accommodating and eager to help out. In recent events I've been seeing Dr. Sherry and by far she is the nicest person ever. Every time I come in she talks to me so openly and we chat it up for a little bit before getting to business. She's always so insightful on what's the best options for my eyes and always gives me eye drop samples if she has them on hand because she knows how sensitive my eyes are. Even Dr. David is a super nice guy. It's a pleasure working with everyone here no matter what. So bottom line if you need an eye exam or anything eye related, you can't go wrong with these people. I've been coming to to the Rosenblum doctors for almost 30 years now and even after losing my insurance I made sure that the day I got my insurance back I would come pay them a visit.
