No i went to inda eyes in speedway today and the lady discriminate against me she didnt wanna do my lashes she told me come back tomorrow for another lady.i hav not had no issue wit her and i said it dont matter who do my lashes she still turned me away.the only issue i had there is when my lashes not rite and thats anybody im pay so i want done rite.but that lady today she refused to serve me.she need to b fired cause im keep on till she do cause what she did was un called for.i was not mean to her or nothing i just wanted my lashes done and she turned me away kepted say come back tomorrow fo the other lady but im say it didnt matter who do them and she still refuse to do them .and she at the one in speedway. read more

I went there for threading, and they talked my daughter into eyelash extensions. They were a bit pushy. They assured her it would look very natural. It should have been a red flag when she asked for a service that was advertised on their website (Brow Lamination) and they had no idea what that was. She didn't wear gloves, and didn't clean her tweezers. Two minutes after being outside in the light it was obvious my four-year-old could've done better! I called and asked to have them removed and for a refund and they refused! Save your time and money! The pictures speak for themselves! Extremely horrible service. I visited on a Saturday and the woman who did my eyebrows took about 3 minutes to finish. She obviously rushed through. My eyebrows looks almost the same as when I came in. When I asked her to touch up some spots, she again rushed through the service and was clearly upset about my request. She also cut me more than once on my eyebrows. While waxing she also left a large mark where my skin was removed. I have been here before and had great service, but after this I would never return and wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

Whew this is long but necessary. I used to come here often when I lived in speedway. The service is just okay. I only went because I didn't have a choice, as there aren't many eyebrow places in the area. I stopped in here a few weeks ago and the young lady that was there at the time (heavy set and wore glasses) was very rude. She did not acknowledge me at all when I walked in. She was looking at her phone and just looked irritated in general. She finally looks up at me and points at the notebook on the counter and tells me to sign in. I sign in and she just points at the chair for me to sit in. Still has not said more than two words to me at this point, until...I throw my EMPTY McD's bag in the trash can. She says very rudely "is there food in there? We don't allow trash in here, this is a salon." I am completely taken back because it was a TRASH can. I told her it was empty, it is just a bag. She proceeds to tell me there is a trash can outdoors near dollar tree which is a few doors down. I took my trash out of the TRASH CAN and took it outside because there was going to be a continuous stare down if I didn't. I return to the "salon", and she completely ignores me again and starts making a call on her phone like I'm not standing there. I just turned around and walked out because with her bad attitude, there is no telling how bad my eyebrows would have ended up. I hate to be this person, especially at a time like this, but don't go here if you want anyone to do a decent job on your brows. I was the only person in at the time and even called to make an appointment. What she did to my eyebrows was rushed and careless after over 2 months of growing them out. She completely ruined them. I asked her to trim the hairs and she claims that she did, I 100% know she didn't but what was I going to do, argue? She left stray hairs all over and my eyebrows are uneven now. read more

I was satisfied with them for the last 6months until Saturday when I brought my mom in and they messed up her eyebrows by not letting tint stay on long enough. After expressing her disappointment I was still charged the regular price. There should of been some sort of compensation given and seeing it wasn't, I will not continue to support their business. Oh I almost forgot my last two visits I had lashes done and they lasted 24-72 hours later . I don't have money to waste. read more

Usually not too busy when I come in after work, so I get seated within 5 mins. I've been to this location about 5 or 6 times now, and my brows always look great after threading! They usually get me in and out within 10 or 15 mins tops. The ladies are nice, but not very talkative. But be sure to tell them how you want your brows done BEFORE they begin, so there aren't any issues after it's too late! I once overheard a client say afterward that she didn't want them done that way, but she didn't say anything before they started, so it was definitely on her. read more

It was my first and last time here. I needed to have my eyebrows cleaned up and as soon as I walk in it takes a couple minutes to get anyone's attention because they are all chatting away (keep in mind there were no clients in the salon at anytime). I get seated after waiting and she starts threading. I get done and she has gone too far over and taken off too much. I'm not sure how she did that but after a few months it has finally gotten back to normal but it's not going to be the same, that's for sure. read more
