She cut me off when I was talking to a completely different lady, asked questions AND answered them. No customer service. I will unfortunately be making the 35 min drive across town to the Avon location which I usually go to where everyone is hospitable. This location is just gloomy and dark. The air is heavy, and the employees don't seem happy to be there.

And then also told me that I was uneducated about my eyes when I've always been told the same thing by many of doctors about my eyes the same thing. As a doctor you shouldn't be letting your colleges in the same field it's unprofessional and disgusting of an attitude. Then when we were checking out, he was out there speaking with one of the lady's and left a sweat stain in the chair. You could see his privates. That's absolutely a disgusting thing for me. I won't be back to this place I got my glasses and left. Overall the experience of them being pushy is a huge NO for me.

Many of the frame sections were incomplete, with several empty spaces that could have easily been filled to create a more appealing and organized display. Another issue that stood out was the office's lack of digital convenience. They required all forms to be handwritten in the office, no option to fill them out online or in advance. This was a major inconvenience, especially considering many other healthcare providers now offer streamlined digital check-ins, which would have saved me time. Overall, the combination of a long wait, unhelpful staff, limited and outdated frame selection, and outdated office practices left me disappointed. I had to get a follow up and they were able to get me into an appointment on the same day that I called. I got an eye exam here and Dr. Richard was awesome. Her very nice, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in great detail and made recommendations, but did not try to up sale me. My experience here was very pleasant and positive. I was given the VIP treatment and they far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend checking this place out for your vision needs.
