Yesterday I went to pick up my glasses and was immediately greeted when I entered the store. I was assisted by Dawn who was the General Manager. Dawn was friendly and very helpful. I was picking up two pairs of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses. A couple pair needed adjusting and Dawn was able to adjust them so they fit perfectly. I was given cases for all three, a bag and she told me if I had any issues after wearing them a few days to come back and they would fix them. This is the best customer service, at both visits, that I have had in a very long time! I just recommended them to my mom and will tell everyone needing an eye exam and glasses to come to this location Thanks!

No one greeted me or said they'd be with me in a minute or anything. After a couple minutes a woman asked me if I was there for an appointment and gave me some paperwork. I filled it out and waited some more. Finally got looked at around 547 to do some tests: the air puff thing, the one where you look at a square and click when you see squiggles, and the one where you stare at the lens and it takes measurements. The machinery is a bit dated and they didn't wipe down the surfaces of the machines. Dr. Turner was nice but sharing her office with others leads to confusion. She had me try on contacts that she wasn't sure were labeled correctly. My contacts took longer than the week they said it should take. Once they came in they inundated my phone with a live person calling, followed by a text message, then a call from a automated recording... all 3 within a couple of hours. Follow up appointment since the contacts I got were throwing off my vision. Again there needs to be a receptionist and they need to learn customer service. I told her I had a 345 appointment and she doesn't reply so I just stand there. After a minute she asks my name, finds my file, then says ok. As I'm walking to take a seat she says you can have a seat. The service on the floor is horrendous. Not that hard to practice basic customer service skills. After I get my contacts fixed I will not be coming back ever again. Dr. Turner was out so another Dr (didn't catch his name helped me). He realized the shape of the contacts was what was throwing me off. He took some measurements and had the sense to call my previous optometrist to verify the information (Dr. Turner said it wasn't necessary to get records from my old optometrist at the first appointment). Although both doctors were nice the entire experience was completely unprofessional. If not for the second Dr fixing my prescription I would give 1 star.

The doctor & I had a great conversation about different contact lens options & provided a few *dailies* options for me to try at home if I wanted to supplement my current lenses/ switch to this in the future. I had both a contact lens fitting & eye exam. A very friendly staff member assisted me with trying on their variety of frames (they have several brands & styles). She talked through my insurance coverage with me and helped me determine the best options for how to use my insurance plus other discounts available. Tim helped with picking two pair I which suited me the most (this kind of worried me since I have about 20 pairs of readers laying around the house and can never seem to find one when I need it!!).
