The initial visit took less than an hour, and the choice of frames when I finished blew me away. Tim helped with picking two pair I which suited me the most (this kind of worried me since I have about 20 pairs of readers laying around the house and can never seem to find one when I need it!!). They came in about two weeks later- they fit so much better than the readers and overall I'm very happy with them. The entire experience working with this crew was outstanding.

Yesterday I went to pick up my glasses and was immediately greeted when I entered the store. I was assisted by Dawn who was the General Manager. Dawn was friendly and very helpful. I was picking up two pairs of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses. A couple pair needed adjusting and Dawn was able to adjust them so they fit perfectly. I was given cases for all three, a bag and she told me if I had any issues after wearing them a few days to come back and they would fix them. This is the best customer service, at both visits, that I have had in a very long time! I just recommended them to my mom and will tell everyone needing an eye exam and glasses to come to this location Thanks!

He bought 2 pairs of glasses but one pair didn't seem the same. He tried to tell them something was not right but they said both were exactly the same. Fast forward He went to a new optometrist this year and took both pairs to have just the lenses updated; he was told the prescription were not the same. The eye exam performed by the new optometrist was more detailed and they actually did an in depth exam on his bifocals. He said myeyedr was not that thorough. Now that he can compare he says his new lenses and contacts are so much better than when he got new glasses and contacts from myeyedr. Myeyedr is also more expensive and they just weren't very attentive to my husband.
