Just coming from years of customer experience, I have never, ever seen the level of carelessness and rudeness coming from a business until I stopped by Eyebrows Plus yesterday. I rarely get any days off and getting my eyebrows threaded in Clackamas after driving there for half hour since I just moved to Beaverton is hard work. I wrote down my name and time(1:31 pm) and there were five girls ahead of me, and two estheticians with a trainee. Note: I have been to this location several times since they do a decent job and I have a membership and never complained about waiting for a long time. With that being said, I or everyone else should expect to receive the same service with efficiency and timing. I waited for an hour. AN HOUR! During that hour, I saw the estheticians standing around for minutes after doing a client and not doing anything but trying to teach the trainee how to handle the thread. I get that trainees need to learn, but, don't they realize that there are people waiting and waiting to get out of there and go on their business? If they tried to train that girl it's better to put her hands-on to learn and not take minutes to teach her how to do it? Do that when there are no people around and take priority with the clients. I used to get my eyebrows threaded by a lady in Florida, and she was by herself and she would tackle 10 girls in 25 minutes and she would ALWAYS do an amazing job. So I just don't get why two employees can't handle to do five clients in under 25 minutes. I feel that if they're not happy there and won't take pride in their job, then move on. Otherwise, stick up to the job and deliver a good job! I am no longer going to renew my membership and I'll find another business where the employees care about their clients. read more

Not only is the staff rude and inefficient but the threading caused my skin to bleed and scab over on both sides...not very attractive.

This place is garbage. People who work here don't have any customer service, wait time is extremely long. I use to have a membership here but I cancelled because the girl was in such a hurry and super rough on my eyebrows. My eyebrows were red, puffy and even bleeding. I was super upset(and no it was not my first time getting eyebrows threaded) whatever you do just avoid this place. Not one for negative reviews, so please take this review seriously. I've been getting threaded for years with no issues. I don't consider myself particularly hard to please. I paid $30, the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE, it hurt a lot (and I normally don't even notice), and my eyebrows are EXTREMELY UNEVEN. So, so bad. To the point that I'll have to do some serious growing out, and work on them. Terrible experience overall. read more

I showed up at 820pm and was turned away because she could only take one more client. Seriously? It's gonna take you 40 minutes to do one person? I was told when I bought a membership I would have priority seating and blah blah blah. I'm an EMT and I work 12+ hour shifts. Its pretty important that I work around my shifts obviously. If I come in at 820pm, I expect to be done. I get that you're closing soon, but my eyebrows just needed a touch up. Why did I buy a membership? I've worked retail/customer services. Sometimes you stay late to make the customer happy. I pretty much already paid for these services and I can't use them. Great. read more

The lady there doesn't get "just clean it up". I have thick but shapely eyebrows that I used to get compliments on and now I have uneven Jessica rabbit eyebrows- I don't even feel like myself when I look in the mirror. And of course I came here before a big business trip. Never again. read more

The staff is extremely rude and not friendly whatsoever! They don't greet or acknowledge customers. I got a membership so I was forced to continue going to them. Two of the girls messed up my eyebrows twice. They definitely don't know how to do a simple eyebrow clean up. read more

Been in here twice. My first time was alright, my eyebrows looked pretty good, although the price was high. I stopped in today however and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The lady insulted my eyebrows and was horribly mean the entire time. Don't go here and give them your money!! I've been a member before. I stopped going because it was inconvenient. I work in the area now, so I picked back up my membership. The wait time can be long and the space gets crowded quickly. So far I haven't had an issue. My eyebrows look good. We'll see how it goes. read more

I'm writing this review while waiting for what will end up being over an hour. Clearly taking appointments for longer services on busy weekends without enough staff to cover regular threading appointments is not a great plan. My biggest beef is that I'm sitting here waiting over an hour just to CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. When I bought the membership in the first place I was told I could call at the end of the 3 month subscription to cancel if I didn't want it to be autobilled for another 3 months. I knew I didn't want that so I called before the auto renew date to cancel and was told I had to come in to cancel. (I was specifically told I could call when I was sold the membership in the first place) Now I've been waiting for nearly an hour without so much as a "thank you for waiting" or anything from the staff. I get that it's a busy time and it's not the fault of staff that the wait is long but at least acknowledge the people who have been waiting. If I hadn't been lied to in the first place and allowed to cancel the overpriced membership over the phone like I was told, I probably wouldn't be so frustrated. But the fact is I was told one thing in order to get my money and then told something else to make it harder for me to cancel in a effort to suck more money out of me. And considering I've never left completely happy with the brow threading in the first place I figure the 1 star review is deserved. read more

On 10/13/15 I paid $76 to Eyebrow Plus in Clackamas Town Center which included 3 months of eyebrow threading. I did not authorize anyone to debit my account to extend those services every 3 months. I have since discovered that my account was debited $45 on 1/21/16 and another $45 on 4/21/16 for services I did not want and did not receive. Two weeks ago I left 2 phone messages at the Corporate Headquarters but neither was returned. I also tried to send an email but it would not go through when I tried to submit it. I also went to the Clackamas store today. The manager was quite uncooperative and made me wait for 15 minutes. I feel that this is a scam and that I signed for only 3 months of membership under false pretenses.I have still had no satisfaction or resolution. read more

I went there for the first time today and did not feel that my business was wanted at all. The man who did my eyebrows was distracted and careless. My eyebrows ended up different shapes and I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. The two employees talked to each other the whole time and did not say a single word to me. I have gotten my eyebrows done for half the price and they looked a million times better. I would not recommend this place to anyone it's overpriced and the employees are careless and rude. read more

Terrible customer service, the manager was completely rude when telling me that my payment did not go through for my membership, looked me up and down then told me I looked nothing like my photo ID. Was very rushed getting my eyebrows done and made me bleed. This isn't the first bad experience I've had there either, I arrived there one morning before they were open and the employee told me they were not open yet in which I then politely asked when they would be opening she didn't even look at me and said in a very rude tone when the mall opens, I then said oh okay when does the mall officially open and then she said 10 in a snarky tone. I said okay thank you and waited and when I was able to go in she complained the entirety of our session about how much she disliked her associates detailing that they were all lazy and rude. I went back several other times because all I really cared about was having my eyebrows done but today was absolutely ridiculous. I canceled right after I had my brows done. I will not be going back ever again. Would not recommend. read more

I've visited this threading center a total of 4 times because they did such a great job. Their customer service In greeting wasn't the best but because I liked how my eyebrows came out. The first time, the girl that did my eyebrows was nice and as we started she kept bashing the place and the manager along with her co- workers. I thought that was bad work ethic but because I liked the eyebrows I went back, the second time the girl did an amazing job and attended me very well. The third I was not spoken to until it was my turn. Having been there before I knew the drill but it was a bit frustrating because if I hadn't known I would have been completely confused. Then the four time it was a total mess. I was helped by an older lady. She followed all procedures with sanitation but as she began to do my brows, i noticed it was a bit more painful than other times. When she held up the mirror, my eyes were so blurred that I said they were fine because it hurt. After I paid the $20(which is crazy expensive for that job) I noticed that I had three cuts and my eyebrows weren't great. So overall, save your money and go somewhere else. Was really disappointed in their lack of service. Things seemed fine at first with the membership I had, but then I wanted to cancel it, and I was told on the phone that it was okay'ed and cancelled. Then I got a Collections notice in the mail 6 months later saying I owed them $100! I went into the shop, and the owner didn't seem interested in hearing my side of the story. I felt very hurt since I'd been coming for quite a while and she seemed to be a friendly lady. She told me it was my fault since I didn't come in person to sign off a cancellation, even though the girl on the phone hadn't told me I had to do that. She told me to call corporate and basically shoo'd me out of there. So now I have go through several different avenues to dispute the charges on my card that they sent to collections AFTER I'd cancelled the membership. I am very disappointed in their actions today, and cannot recommend anyone to go there at all. read more

Rebecca (Becky) is AWESOME, very PROFESSIONAL, and provides GREAT service! She did an excellent job. I highly recommend you get your services done by her as I was very satisfied with my eyebrows. Do not go here! I went once and they convinced me to sign up for a membership to save on the price of my eyebrows/forehead threading. I had specifically said that I didn't want my card to be charged automatically and the woman said she would make sure it doesn't get charged. However, a year later I just noticed my card has been charged once every 3 months. I now have 4 transactions that I had no idea were being taken from my credit card. Now I understand it's my own responsibility to check my credit card transactions but I trusted that the women who helped me would do her part in making sure my card was only charged the one time. I called their customer service line to discuss this and the woman was very rude. She said she would cancel the transaction pending but could do nothing about the others even though she could see that I hadn't gone back. I told her that I would have no choice but to call my bank and dispute their charges and then she threatened me saying that she has copies of my signature saying that I allowed the automatic withdrawals and that if I called my bank, she wouldn't stop the pending charges for this month. I'm really disappointed with how they handle their clients. The truth is I never went back to renew my membership or get their service again because the process was PAINFUL. Their wait is very long, no one pays attention when you show up, you have to sign in on a paper, they don't call the customers in order, and if you're not in the room when they call your name ONCE you're removed from the list. When letting the person know what I wanted when I was in the chair she was very judgmental and said she would "do her best" while rolling her eyes. I had also said that I didn't want her to use witch hazel on me because I've had a reaction in the past. She said she would only use water but then after she was done she swiped my forehead and I immediately knew she used witch hazel. I felt the stinging right away, then broke out in hives, and was in pain for the remainder of the day. read more

Horrible so rude!!!! I walk in and i sit down not been greated they all just give me a glare. Than to find out 5 mins later there was a sign up sheet. There was three people ahead of me so i ask the worker who was just about to get started on someone if they call when ready (because you write down your phone number when signing up). she givies me a glare and says in a stern voice we do not call you. So i leave and come back about 10 minutes later and they still havnt finished one person who was already in the chair getting her brows done before i walked in. While the thread itself was good, I of course signed up for what I thought was a good deal only paying $50 every three months and could go whenever I wanted. Sounds good right? Unfortunately to cancel this becomes a giant headache. I was persistent and the subscription is canceled but as a word of warning, pay only for one visit at a time and don't get sucked in! read more

i went in after growing my eyebrows out for 5 months just to get them cleaned up. the lady took off most of my eyebrows which were thick when i went in and didn't bother to try and shape them, which could have easily been done. the customer service is terrible. never let the girl with the stupid pink hair and glasses touch your eyebrows. i would give them negative stars if i could read more

I was a member her for over a year. During my membership, I watched the place steady spiral downhill. The staff has rapid turnover, and it's all about selling memberships. The service was pretty good, until I joined up. The manager only wants to do brows, but will push you to add services i.e. Upper lip or full face. Sounded good right? Well I "enhanced my membership" only to find my wait times increasing with each visit. No one, it seems, was anxious to service more than brows. There was frequently not enough seating in the waiting area, so you are left to stand as you wait your turn. The chairs were stained and dirty. People were nice, but came home to pluck all the hairs that were missed. When I finally called the corporate office to cancel membership, they did so without problems. Also found out that as a member I should have received premier seating and priority service. That was news to me and never happened, in fact the manger often went on break or back room to avoid servicing me. As soon as one of her employees started on my work, she would step back in the salon and take the next person. Guess she thought I didn't notice. Even the other girls in the salon knew this was her routine with all full face customers. Location is not ideal, parking at Clackamas Town Center is never easy and around the holidays " Forget about it" Looking for a new salon. read more
