I work across the street and was going to just drop in to see if my husband's glasses could be fixed. While it was a simple fix, I expected to pay around $25, and come back after work to pick them up. The gentleman who helped me, not only fixed them right away, but at no charge! He said I could tip him if I wished, but when I did not have any cash, he said to not worry about it at all. This was the best customer service I have ever received, from the kindest man. After getting my new glasses (my script was about 9 months old) and wearing them about a week or so, my right eye was not seeing very clearly, so I went back to my optometrist and had my prescription rechecked. My right eye had changed so I got a new prescription that changed the right lens. So I head back to Eye Pros, with new script in tow, and drop off my frames for the new right lens replacement. The crew had them ready the same day and wouldn't allow me to pay for them saying that they were still under warranty, but it was not their fault my eye had changed! I heard a mystery snap yesterday and when I went to put on my glasses I realized what it was. My glasses had broken. I went to Turlock Family Vision, who were great as usual, but could not order the temple that broke because my frames were to old. They sent me to Eye Pros. The gentleman who helped me was excellent, right away he noted my frames were toast and he could glue it but I would not be able to close that ear bracket. I opted to just deal with them as is. He did not stop there however, he quickly went into troubleshooting mode. He had parts from other frames that they had turned in from previous customers and found one that did say Ray Ban on it, but worked perfectly and swapped it out. He then only charged me what amounted to a tip. He could have hosed me for $20 easily. Check this place out if you need frames or fixing! read more

I was in town visiting the parents when my prescription sunglasses got sat on and ended up looking like a bad pretzel. This was a Saturday and I really didn't know where to go to get them fixed (I got them at LensCrafters). The only place that popped in my head were these guys. So I stopped by dreading the amount it would cost to fix or even replace. It was moderately busy and very bright .. a good place to test out your future glasses. I handed over my poor glasses and he warned me it might not work. Well, it was either me or a trained professional so I said go ahead. A minute later with a very interesting looking pair of pliers and they were good as new. And he didn't charge me a cent for fixing them! I can only give them three stars since I didn't actually get my glasses here, but I'll give them 5+ for helping someone who wasn't their customer for free. Thanks guys! My one year old plastic lens were so scratched that I had better vision without glasses. I went to Eye Pros fully expecting to have to buy a new set of lenses. Upon examination of the lenses I was told the many scratches were superficial and that they could be buffed out. Lo and behold, that was the case.
