Having come from Seattle, WA where I was going to an extensions Goddess, I hadn't even come close to a salon being able to give me half of what I had loved and gotten used to. Janelle, the owner, had given me a quote and was willing to work with my existing (fairly new) extensions that I paid a pretty penny for before I left. She installed a new piece as well. I was in the chair for several hours, but was pleased overall with the attention, the service and her expertise. She wasn't chair hopping either, so you actually have the attention you need. I went to her another time months later for a mini-move up. The last time I was here, Dylan took care of me. Also, thorough, with lots of Q & A , he was able to achieve great results. I very much appreciated his attention to detail (ie. the scalp massage in between touching up my highlights while my extensions were out). If you had ever had braces taken off, then you know that feeling of non being able to stop licking your smooth teeth. That is what I equate his scalp massage too. There are no other words. I noticed a spot of hair by my money piece that was a bit too bright, and before I let it bother me, he added extra toner to make it blend in better. It's now been several weeks of grow out, but my extensions are still in, none of the beads are broken, and it's not too heavy or pulling on my scalp. She is friendly, easy to talk to, and just real. Sometimes the women I've seen at other salons can be a bit fake or flaky, but not Ashley. She also knows her stuff. Over the years she has taught me a lot about skincare. At each visit she takes her time to do it right - carefully waxing, tweezing, and everything else. Some staff at other places I've visited can be lazy or careless, but never Ashley. Also her prices are AMAZINGLY LOW. She could charge so much for her level of quality work, but I'm so thankful she's affordable for us folks who don't make that much money! (Lol). Ashley is amazing!!!

I was new in town, trying to find a hairdresser that I would like. I went in to get magenta ombre…read moreput in my hair and the stylist said she knew how to do it. Let's just say she did not, she completely fried my hair, she didn't even rinse the dye out. Not only that it wasn't magenta, she said she didn't have it so she tried to mix the color. I ended up with purple. they said they talk to a manager and get back to me. When they got back to me, they offered me an appointment with more experienced stylus. I went in. She tried to fix it. She couldn't. She said there was nothing she could do and she was sorry, but she didn't feel comfortable putting any more chemicals on my hair . Keep in mind I'd already paid several hundred dollars for this process. I was told a manager would get back to me they never did. i'm sure for simple styles and haircuts or color. They're probably great. But if you can't do the fun colors, just tell a customer that upfront and don't lie to them. These hairstylist had no idea how to do an ombre. The first girl actually left blotches of white in my hair from the bleach. My husband who never notices my hair actually said to me on vacation why are there big spots of white in your hair.
