I would never go back to GG I paid $140 twice tinted and clusters . The tint looks non existent doesn't it?? Me and my mother went to this place to get some stuff done, the person that did my eyebrows was very quiet spoken/nice and was taking her time on me until people starting to walk in (which is when she started to speed up), she then upsold me on getting my upper lip done which was fine but they kept trying to up-charge me more and more like getting eyebrow tint done. The real issue lies with the person that did my mothers lashes, she liked her eyebrow shape and eyebrow tint but when it came down to her lashes the service was very cheap and an uncomfortable vibe, she got it done around 2-3 days ago and they told her it would last up to two weeks but it's already coming off, her lashes are full of glue because they kept putting more and more of it. When it came down to the final product they didn't look the same, one looked like a nice cat eye look and the other eye looked like they weren't even trying. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything outside of eyebrows and be FIRM with what you want and don't want so they don't up-charge you. read more

I don't typically make reviews but Today I went in for an eyebrow threading service, I've been going here for a while and the last few times I've gone here I've had terrible service. They constantly rush to finish my eyebrows and to spend almost $20 on messed up eyebrows is unacceptable I've gone here for the last time and I will not be back. They don't great you when you come in and I walked all the way to the register before any of them said anything to me and to add insult to injury there was no one else in the store. She asked if I wanted to pay early before my threading service since I walked all the way to the register when In actuality I was just trying to figure out when she was gonna ask me to sit in one of the chairs because she had more then enough time to ask me before I even reached the desk. She left hairs on my eyebrows and they aren't arched or have any kind of shape they look terrible. It smelled strongly of body odor which I figured was just a previous customer but the lady with a hijab leaned over me to do my eyebrows and she was the source where the stench was coming from. They just wanna get back to whatever they were doing as fast as they can and it's not fair to the customers that spend their hard earned money on terrible quality. read more

When I first checked in, the line was too long to wait. When I came back, it was reasonable. The person who threaded my eyebrows first gave an assessment, which I appreciated. Most people either don't notice or just don't address that my eyebrows are not symmetrical. One is also fuller than the other. She cleaned them up and then shaped them. This is easily the WORST eyebrow experience I have ever had in my life. I walked in and wasn't greeted so I awkwardly sat down and waited for my turn. After a couple minutes, its my turn and I get up and sit down in the chair. The lady doesn't speak much English but I still ask her how her day is. I lean back in the chair as she threads. 45 SECONDS LATER...she says "DONE!" I'm like...what?? I open my eyes and shes handing me a mirror. My eyebrows look TERRIBLE. No arch, just a straight ragged line. They weren't even close to symmetrical. Please do not waste your money coming here. I will never ever go back. This is the only place I know of that offers eyebrow threading in Toledo. It's located in the Westfield Mall (Franklin Park) near Dillard's. Threading is a great alternative to waxing or plucking! It still hurts but the finished look is clean. read more

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. I hail from Chicago, where I grew up getting my eyebrows threaded. Brow23 is absolutely horrible. They never get my eyebrows to be even with each other, they always ruin my naturally sharp arches despite my telling them not to, and they never get all the hair. I always end up having to tweeze once I leave that salon. I've given them three tries. And they want TWELVE DOLLARS for screwing up my eyebrows??? I paid $6 back in Chicago!!! It's really unfortunate that this is the only threading place in Toledo because their customer service is beyond awful. While sometimes you can walk in and get served immediately, other times you'll wait for 20 minutes without even being greeted while the employee completely ignores you as she (the older Middle Eastern? woman) stares off into space. I highly recommend you don't go to this place. I went here 4 different times, hoping maybe my experience would improve. All 4 times, my eyebrows were butchered. Visible bald spots right in the middle. One of them even said she was training on me. Why am I paying full price for somebody to practice!? That one was at the kiosk by Sephora. Good God, don't do it. I tried eyebrow threading once--not for me. But, they offer other services, so I gave that a try and let me tell you--that was even worse! I decided to try lash extensions. Worst. Idea. Ever. She used so much black glue, and the lashes were such poor quality, I looked like I had tarantulas on my eyes. To make it worse, my eyes only got more irritated as the night went on. Within 6 hours, I was in the bathroom with olive oil, make up remover, lotion, and whatever else I could use to try to break up the glue that was turning the rims of my eyes red. It took me two hours and a lot of pain to loosen them up enough to remove. I could have had better results from a cheap pair of lashes from Rite Aid than the $40 hack job I got at Brow Art 23 in Franklin Park Mall. read more

This place is trash, they ruined my eyebrows to an extremely fucked up level. My eyebrows are not even because the old ass lady that did my eyebrows overtweezed my right eyebrow. On top of over tweezing my eyebrow it's not even clean on the bottom and has multiple hairs where my brow is supposed to be. On top of all of this, my left eybrow has a gap on the bottom. Awful!!!! I have been threading my face for years. I went to Brow Art 23 and Zaheda Mohuiddin assisted me. While she was threading I told her she wasn't doing it properly but she insisted it was fine. I have grown used to the paid as I have been threading for years, this experience however was unbearable. She then showed me the mirror and I have 4 scars on my cheek,nose, forehead and upper lip. These cuts were swollen and red. I then insisted to speak to the owner and she said I can't. I have pictures yo prove these cars. The security guard at the mall and police also came over because she was being hysterical insisting that somehow this was my fault. Do not go there!!!! The cuts were so bad and I still have scars to prove it!!!!! read more

It's a hit or miss. I've been here quite a few times on and off and everytime I go back I remember why I stopped coming. There are times when they do an amazing job and then there are times when they don't care AT ALL and do a half ass job. They are never consistent with how well they do no matter who u go to and it's ridiculous that everytime I've been into here I've had to pray that it was a day that they actually cared about how well they do on my brows or lashes. If they could would stop being so careless this would actually be a nice place to go to. Last time I went back to artbrow was 2 weeks ago. They lady rushed on my lashes and when I told it felt like a lash was stuck in my eye she just told me "just try not to blink to much" so I look in my eye and see that it was VERY apparent that eye was hurting because she glued the center lash so close to my eye that it was scratching the top of my cornea. I had my eyebrows threaded yesterday. The girl that works there was very unprofessional having a non work related conversation while I waited about how something was "jank"...She threaded my eyebrows and one is higher than the other. I went to the car after it was done and realized she missed clumps of hairs. I went back in and she was extra aggressive. My eyelids were swollen when I left and now, I have 6 scabs on my eyelids because she pinched me while threading. She even plucked my eyelashes by accident and when I told her, she completely denied it, saying, "no, I didn't. I didn't even touch them"....hmm...plucking out an eyelash is not the most comfortable feeling...I definitely know what it feels like. I will not return. read more

One star is me being generous... I have been going here for a couple months now and did not have a bad experience until this last time. There was no line so I jumped right into the 3rd chair, and it took her about 30 seconds to get done with me. I HATE the lotion they put on after due to breakouts from it, so when they ask I say no! This time she didn't even ask, just put it on. Then I look at my eyebrows, mind you all I asked for was a clean up not for them to be shaped! I walked out with completely different shaped eyebrows and they were not symmetrical AT ALL. They look terrible. And the whole time I was in her chair she was talking to another client that was sitting down probably not even paying attention to my eyebrows. I went to Brow Art at Franklin Park today and I'm very upset. Ashleigh was done in two minutes and handed me a mirror. My brows looked terrible and she did not remove hairs that should have been removed. I showed her the stray hairs. She said yes she should have removed the stray hairs. They do good work (depending on who you get), but I've recently had a few selfish interactions with the employees there. I've been getting my eye brows threaded here for 7+ years because they usually always look good and it's less painful than waxing. Well, I was busy running around today, and rushed over there because I remembered it was Sunday and they close at 6. Well I get there at 5:46 (no one was waiting) and the employee said "I'm sorry we're not taking any more customers." I said you have 14 min until you close, I'll be done before then, I rushed over here to get here before 6 and you're going to turn me away? She said I'm sorry, we have to clean up. I told her that's ridiculous and I will not be coming back again and walked out. Another time, I went there 20 min before close and they had the doors locked already and the employee said through the glass that they are closed. Seriously?!?! I will definitely be finding a new place to get my eyebrows done. read more
