I'd say my experience at Classy Nails & Spa was definitely a mixed bag. There were things I really enjoyed, but also a few communication and billing issues that kept the experience from being a 4 or 5-star visit. First, the positives: the atmosphere is definitely a vibe! It's cute, relaxing, and has a nice overall feel. I also appreciated that the service comes with snacks, which is a fun little touch that makes the experience feel more elevated. Most importantly, I love how my nails turned out. My nail technician did a great job, and I was very happy with the finished product. Where things got a little frustrating was with communication. I requested a basic pedicure with gel polish and a gel polish color change on my fingernails. The receptionist mentioned that she was confused about my request, which caught me off guard because I felt like I was pretty clear about what I wanted. I also didn't understand why I was charged separately for removing my previous gel polish when I was getting a gel polish change. To me, removing the old gel seems like part of the process of changing the gel color, so I would have appreciated having that explained before the service. My fiancé also got a manicure for the first time. He specifically and repeatedly requested no polish. Unfortunately, clear polish was still applied to his nails. He didn't even realize it had been put on until I noticed his nails later. That was probably the biggest communication issue for us because he had clearly expressed what he wanted. Then, when it was time to pay, there was another mix-up. Our services were incorrectly assigned between our bills. Instead of me being charged for the gel polish change on my hands, I was charged for the pedicure. His manicure and my pedicure should have been on his bill, while I should have only been charged for my gel polish change. We didn't really push the issue at the time because it felt like trying to untangle everything was only going to create more chaos. However, it is something worth mentioning because clear communication and accurate billing are important parts of the overall customer experience. Would I go back? Yes. I wouldn't write the salon off based on this experience. My nails genuinely turned out great, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and little extras like the snacks. I think there is room for improvement when it comes to communication, listening to specific requests, and making sure services are entered and billed correctly. For now, I'd personally rate my experience around a 3.4/5. The nail quality and atmosphere definitely earned points, while the communication and billing issues brought the overall experience down. I'd suggest booking an appointment rather than walking in, and make sure to confirm exactly what services you're going to receive and the pricing beforehand. It also doesn't help to see that the receipts aren't itemized specifically to show the customer what services they received with add ons (if any). Highly annoyed! I booked two pedicures for myself and my sister in law She is getting married this weekend and we waited to have them done together. I sat here for an hour and 15 minutes while my sister-in-law got a pedicure and never got service. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they're not going to honor the appointment. I have been getting my nails and toenails done here for years. The last four times I have come in here. I have waited way later than I should. I have left to get coffee, I have to go to the store. I have been understanding and accommodating. I am finished. I have spent thousands of dollars in this salon and I will never again walk through these doors again. read more

I sat waiting for 40 min only to get the run around from "manager" about the tech and time and doing a pedi first. She literally kicked me out the chair to put a girl in who just got there!!! It seemed like she knew some other people who were already there because they were passing a 3 week old baby around. The manager then had me sit me in a pedi chair to soak with some lukewarm water and told me I'd be serviced in 2 min. Ten minutes went by and I just got up and left. Beyond unprofessional. Claims they can accommodate duos, will allow customers to schedule as a duo, however will refuse to sit two people next to each other as that would require the nail artists to move some light equipment around. Hard pass. I wouldn't come here again, or recommend this place to anyone. He filed my nails until they hurt, pushed back the cuticles, and overall it was a pretty lazy and underwhelming experience. He slapped on at least a centimeter worth of acrylic and my nails look like gummy candy. Everything smelled like urine. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. read more

This is a nail salon that takes customer service very seriously. Last week I had gone to this nail salon for a manicure for the first time and didn't have the best experience. However, management reaches out to each customer to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. I responded to a text message inquiry and explained the reasons why I was less than totally satisfied with my manicure. I then received a prompt response acknowledging my feedback and requesting the opportunity to make it right. Honestly, I had simply planned not to return to the salon without complaining, but the request for feedback led me to be candid about my experience. Today, I went back to the salon for a re-do of my manicure at no charge. I must say that I was blown away by the level of attention to making sure everything turned out well this time around. I was reassured that I was not being too picky and was assisted in color selection. I had a gel overlay (same service as last week) and Tracey was beyond amazing! She was extremely professional and pleasant. Additionally, she did a perfect manicure in 45 minutes! I'm so happy with my experience that I will definitely return to this nail salon and highly recommend it to anyone! In addition to the excellent manicure, the salon is also generous with beverages- I was given a full size water. I also enjoyed the clean ambiance and found all staff members to be very friendly. This is a very different review from what I would have written last week and I credit management for its insistence upon providing the highest level of customer service and commitment to quality service. I even had to put my CC info in for the appointment in case I was late or didn't show but they ran 45 minutes behind and I didn't even get who I booked with. I went in as a walk in wasn't told a time but that they would let me know since a couple of people had just been sat in the pedi bowls......understandable. 3 people walked in after me 2 were together with no appointment and the other 1 I'm assuming because I clearly heard the woman in the 2 pair state that they were a walk in. I waited 30 minutes and all of the people that came in after me were already seated at the pedi bowls! 2 people were working the Caucasian looking girl came up to me after walking past me TWICE and told me she forgot about me.
