Not sure if he was having a bad day but, he did not hold polite conversation. Justin did not clean under my toes or clip my cuticles. His first reason was because it's just a "basic pedicure". When I said even a basic pedicure should look neat he blamed me having a take a work phone call. He continued giving me attitude about his poor work and said he was going to get his manager. The manager quickly got someone adequate to finish the job. Very disappointed that I have to find a new pedicure spot. The manager herself didn't even apologize for her employees bad attitude.

Most of the color examples were available for me to look through when I got there, even though the one color I wanted was out of stock (go figure) I was able to find a very similar one and was just as happy with it. The receptionists were MUCH nicer this time too. I also enjoyed that it was not super busy so it actually felt relaxing to be there. Brooklyn was so friendly, kept the conversation going, and did such a great job on my nails. She paid attention to detail and did a great polish. She was very patient with me choosing another color and got my nails done right by the ending time of my appointment which was perfect because I had to get somewhere that evening. Shout out to her!

The decor is so chic and modern; all of the furniture is cozy too. The entire salon is very warm and inviting. There's plenty of parking and they offer complimentary coffee, tea, and soda when you visit. As for the service: impeccable. Crissey has been cutting and styling my hair since I was a little girl. She does a phenomenal job and always gives me her honest opinion whenever I want to try a new style or color. The prices at Texxture a Salon are comparable to other salons in the area and better than most of the Sylvania-based salons. The products they use are top-of-the-line and I always leave the salon feeling and looking amazing. So if you're looking for a new salon or a new stylist, give Texxture a Salon a try! After my studio session, they were able to get me in ASAP, fix my nail, and even give me a gel color change--and the new color is somehow even prettier than the one I had before! The salon and staff are a whole vibe. The atmosphere was fun, the music selection was great, and everyone was so welcoming. I also LOVE that they have 250 cat-eye gel colors to choose from. Talk about options! I highly recommend Luxe Nails Lounge, even if you're not located in the Perrysburg area. They're absolutely worth the drive!

I came here because it's at least 1/3 of the cost of a regular salon. I got my hair lightened with a balayage service. It came to a little under $100 and I am very happy with it! The only downside is that it takes a long time. You have to take Into consideration this is a school. They have to get teachers to check and it takes time. If you value money over time give it a try.

I had to schedule on a Saturday because of my work schedule, so it was scheduled 2 weeks out, no problem. I show up 2 weeks later on Saturday for my appointment and they tell me the student I scheduled with wasn't there and said they would put me with someone else. I said no thank you I'd like to stay with the same person, I rescheduled for a Saturday another 2 weeks away. The day of my appointment which was at 8:45, I get a call at 8:15 telling me the student isn't available and they want to reschedule. Absolutely not! Now I've been waiting a month and I'll reschedule for another 2 weeks to just have it happen again? I thought that part of this school was teaching professionalism? This definitely would not fly in a professional salon. I'd rather pay 3x the cost and have it done when I schedule than save some money and be rescheduled 3 times. A little more notice would be better for those they reschedule in the future.

I frantically scheduled an appointment with a nail tech at Perfection Nails with the hope that someone would save and redeem my 2 back-to-back SNS powder manicures that were chipping nonstop within 4 days apart after getting them fixed a different salon in Sandusky. I finally gave up and decided to give Perfection Nails a shot! I'm so glad that I gave it a shot! I'm typically not overly particular with my nails, but after gone to numerous nail salons while living in LA & DC, my expectations are quite high. Cheyenne was so understanding, patient and thorough with my nails after explaining to her my disbelief. She took the time to explain the condition of my nails and what products she'd be using to ensure they don't break easily, especially since I haven't used gel polish (they don't do powder/SNS products at this salon) in a while. Almost a month later, I'm ecstatic to share that my nails are still in perfection condition as the day I got them done! BRAVO, CHEYENNE! I showed up to my appointment and was greeted right away and signed in and got into the pedicure care all within 2 minutes. The people were very friendly and the customer service was the best thing from my experience. I got my pedicure and everything looked good to the eye so I paid ($60 which is a little expensive to begin with) and left. As I got home I realized I never got any sugar scrub, calf massage, got a very minimal effort foot massage and only got lotion on the top of my foot. My calluses are still all over my feet even with the little bit of scrubbing they did. I have cracks and dry skin still everywhere you look because I never got lotion on the bottom of my feet. I then realized I had polish on my skin, toe nails they were uneven or very sharp, and cuticular skin that wasn't clipped. I am disappointed to say the least and considering I paid $60 and tipped 20% I felt like I should've gotten way more lotion, scrubbing, massage and more diligent polish. I called and the manager is kindly giving me 50% off next time I come in since I can't come get it fixed but even still I don't even want to go back. * Pictures were taken same day as service*
