I sat here for an hour and 15 minutes while my sister-in-law got a pedicure and never got service. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they're not going to honor the appointment. I have been getting my nails and toenails done here for years. The last four times I have come in here. I have waited way later than I should. I have left to get coffee, I have to go to the store. I have been understanding and accommodating. I am finished. I have spent thousands of dollars in this salon and I will never again walk through these doors again.

I was very pleased with the gentleman who took my call to get me scheduled for three different services as the online booking isn't very user friendly (that could just be me though.) This was a complete 180 from the last time I tried to call when the woman seemed very burdened by me trying to make an appointment over the phone. She was not at all helpful and I ended up putting off this appointment even longer in fear I would burden someone else. When you walk in you're instantly hit with the most delicious smell (I really need to figure out what that is!) There's a waterfall as seen in one of my photos as the first thing you see when you walk in which I just adore. I was greeted by the receptionist, Abby and she was delightful. So vibrant, sweet, patient, accommodating, explained everything well and answered all of my questions with grace and knowledge. One thing I would change is having what I assume was the staff lounge door wide open. It's kind of like Disney where there's something about seeing the hidden areas that makes the place lose some of its magic. At the wellness center there is a certain ambience and professionalism. Continuity at the nail salon would make the place even better. Having said this though, it is more upbeat like a salon so I can see why there might be a bit more leniency in this area. I had no wait and was taken back to a nice room all to myself where I received my foot salt soak (I chose the detox blend) and the infrared sauna. While soaking, I had the best chair massage ever. I was asked if I wanted to put my phone and belongings on the bench next to me and I should've just put my phone down because I was immediately transported to a place of transcendence. The tv with the gorgeous scenery was a big help. I didn't look at my phone once. I don't know what can be done about this but another thing I would suggest is getting the sauna floors underneath the boards where you step in dusted. I then had my luxury manicure with gel polish and Emily did a phenomenal job. She was super friendly, personable, and seemed to love what she does. I just absolutely cannot wait to come back!!!

Instead of acknowledging it, she insisted it was just my eyes focusing on the contrast between colors. That response alone was frustrating, especially when the issue was clearly visible. The owner, Sarah, was brought over to fix it. She did address one side, but the other side was left uneven and still needed to be matched. Instead of completing the correction, she shifted her attention to her daughter, who also works there, and focused on doing her hair. When she returned to me, she simply said she had been working all day, was leaving, and that my cut would be complimentary. While I understand the gesture, I expressed that I didn't want a free service--I wanted my hair fixed. Unfortunately, there was no interest in making that happen. The appointment lasted five hours, and by the end of it, I was completely overwhelmed. I can have grace for a newer stylist making a mistake--what I can't overlook is the lack of accountability and professionalism. A simple acknowledgment and apology would have gone a long way. What was most disappointing was the owner's response. My husband called the next day on my behalf because I was so upset, and she never returned his call. Hair trauma is real. This experience has left me anxious and honestly afraid to trust another stylist. Very disappointing overall.

Upon my arrival, Lisa came up to me and greeted me like I was a dear friend. Her nail salon was clean, welcoming and properly outfitted with all of the equipment for a bridal party's services. They had their little dog there with them and my daughter loved it as my nails took a bit longer because I got a full set and she just got gel polish.
