Bad attitude from manager and some employees. Nail shop looks clean. Most of the workers are friendly. Except for Justin. Not sure if he was having a bad day but, he did not hold polite conversation. Justin did not clean under my toes or clip my cuticles. His first reason was because it's just a "basic pedicure". When I said even a basic pedicure should look neat he blamed me having a take a work phone call. He continued giving me attitude about his poor work and said he was going to get his manager. The manager quickly got someone adequate to finish the job. Very disappointed that I have to find a new pedicure spot. I'm actually more angry even now about this. I am pretty sure that the nail tech next to the nail tech working on me was telling her to not peel my gel off. I have had to cut all of my nails down flat completely and there are white lines across my nails. I can't even believe I paid $22 for her to peel all of my gel polish off not using any acetone that infuriates me! Completely ridiculous. read more

Don't waste your time coming here. The male nail tech complained about my toes nails being thin and was shaking his head. I had to explain to him that I have eczema which is why my toe nails are thin. I allowed him to finish his job, then I got the worst pedicure on earth. I decided to not to get a manicure; and wanted to leave and pay. They asked what was wrong, I explained that my toes were a mess, I got a 10% discount with tax included so I paid 46 dollars vs the 47 dollar price point for a pedicure. Lmao? The owner wanted to fix it and I told her no due to being insulted by her employee and I was just over the experience at this location. I just left this location @ 4:15pm today. Also, I was going to get a gel French pedicure and a regular manicure, but he was so unprofessional and just terrible at his job that I decided to get a regular pedicure and look at the results. I had a wonderful dip manicure and gel organic pedicure with Kevin today. He has very strong hands and does an amazing pedicure along with foot/calf massage. He is fabulous! While I am very pleased with my pedicure and manicure, the salon itself is not as luxurious and spa-like as I would expect for the prices they charge. The ambiance is that of a typical nail salon- pleasant and clean. While the pedicure chairs provide some massage options, I found it best to have no massage, and maybe that's just me. It just didn't feel comfortable. The quality of time Kevin spent to ensure my pedicure and manicure were exactly what I had hoped for was so important and appreciated. I probably wouldn't seek out this salon on a monthly basis due to the price ($55 for dip manicure and $80 for organic pedicure, plus tax and tip), but definitely worth it when you want a great manicure-pedicure- speaking only as to my experience with Kevin, but the salon was pretty busy. (This is based on my budget and I would definitely recommend if you can afford it more frequently!!). read more

Stopped to get gel removed and get new gel mani ended up with a deep cut. First she caused a cut and bled little bit and told her it was hurting then instead of being more careful she was more aggressive and caused the deep cut. I had to take antibiotics. It was really disappointing how cruel and unprofessional the response from the staff like I was over exaggerating. read more

We went in as a wedding party group of 6 with reservations we made ahead of time. They treated us like we were walk ins and huffed and puffed when we asked if we could all sit near each other. The bride wanted short nails with a French manicure. They attempted to do her nails and the technician was not skilled enough to make it look good and she simply told her "this is not achievable. You have to just pick out a solid color." Then they told the bride they were going to switch her nail tech to someone else and made her move to a different chair. That tech also could not do a simple French manicure. In the end, the bride settled for a solid nude nail color which is not what she wanted for her wedding. I got dip nails and they are bumpy and uneven and it was $62 plus a tip which ended up being $80. I do not recommend a place that cannot do a simple French manicure. read more

This was my 3rd time using Foxi nails. My first time was in March with Justin. He was great. When I made my 2nd appointment, I asked for Justin. When I arrived I was told he went home ill, but they were still able to fit me and and I had a great experience. Today was my 3rd visit. I was not as impressed. I had a 10am appointment with Hoa for a mani/pedi combo. Hoa did a good job on my pedicure. Then I was passed on to Amber for the manicure. Amber told me she did not have the exact color of dip to match the gel on my toes but she would find something close. She had the gel color bottle in hand when she went to find a similar color for my manicure. I guess I should have double checked her choice against what was on my toes but I trusted she would find a similar color. I was wrong, and didn't notice the drastic difference in colors until I got home and removed my shoes. I'm so disappointed in both her choice in "matching" color and my neglect in making sure they indeed were similar colors. The color on my toes is a orange/pink color... very bright but the color on my hands is more of a purple/pink and not as vibrant. I don't even want to wear open toed shoes with my mis-matches nails. I really liked the service I got from Justin, so IF I ever go back, I will definitely ask for him. Unfortunately the date and time I needed an appointment, he was not available. I am really considering going back (or someplace else) for a color change. I spent $135.00 for this. I guess I've learned my lesson of trusting the professional. read more

I made an appointment to get a gel mani this afternoon. It had been a couple of years since I've had my nails done so I was very excited to have this service done. I picked out my color with the nail tech. She completely stopped speaking to me after. She would push my hand to where she needed it or tapped on the light. No conversation or at very least direction. I felt very out of place like I had ruined her day by booking this service. I've had my nails done in the past hundreds of times and know how important the prep is to ensure your nails stay on longer. There was MINIMAL prep. I think a nail file on its own could have been a better job. It was very rushed, minimal to nearly completely skipped all together. There was no care in this service at all. For first impressions there was none. I surely will not be going back to mia let alone this salon ever again. To top off the experience she got polish all over my left hand and didn't even get acetone to remove it. Just rubbed it in. Usually my nail appointments are about an hour long depending on nail art etc. This was 20 mins. 50$ for 20 min and a crap job at that. I will not be recommending this place or ever returning. I was recommended by a friend to get my nails done here so I said you know what this is her 3rd time mentioning it and loving her experience so I went. I highly DO NOT recommend!!! I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for 10:30am on Sunday August 11th. After I check in I am informed that they short staffed and they will get to me as soon as possible mind you ut was only 3 of us there 1 already went back so sitting and waiting its 2. Everyone who walked in after me went back already and the excuse they came with is they already had an appointment scheduled.. SO DID I! and yet I arrived at 10:26am been waiting since then and just decided to leave at 11:22am. 7 minutes before I decided to leave the lady who grabs your color for the techs says do you mond waiting another 30mins to an hr ADDITIONAL. No I told her I have an appointment she didnt give a fuck and tried her best to avoid me. So I left and will never be returning. They are the absolute worst and do not care about others time.
