I sat here for an hour and 15 minutes while my sister-in-law got a pedicure and never got service. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they're not going to honor the appointment. I have been getting my nails and toenails done here for years. The last four times I have come in here. I have waited way later than I should. I have left to get coffee, I have to go to the store. I have been understanding and accommodating. I am finished. I have spent thousands of dollars in this salon and I will never again walk through these doors again.

The first time was a little questionable as I felt unheard my by nail tech. (This was years ago and I'm pretty sure she's not there anymore so kind of irrelevant). This time around I wanted to set up a mani/pedi for my baby shower as I had a gift card to use. Each time I called asking for time changes (to try and accommodate all parties) they were super nice and understanding, and thankfully being a week day, they were able to move things around. My nail tech was super sweet and did a pretty good job overall, especially with the pedicure ++ my gel nails stayed on the longest they ever have and she was really good about making sure the polish wasn't too thick. My only concerns: The manicure seemed rushed, no water was used to help with cuticle removal (which I thought was odd), and she wasn't very personable.

Theres paint on my cuticle, and parts of my fingers. Theres random sparkles on fingers they are not supposed to be on. There's "bubbles" on my thumb.
