I sat here for an hour and 15 minutes while my sister-in-law got a pedicure and never got service. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they're not going to honor the appointment. I have been getting my nails and toenails done here for years. The last four times I have come in here. I have waited way later than I should. I have left to get coffee, I have to go to the store. I was then told I can only get a partial refund because I signed a paper that says 24-hour cancellation policy but yet it was ok that they told me I had to pay for a full set, and spend 2 hours more there, just 30 minutes before the appointment. This is bad business. Never again. Highly discourage this place.
