I grew more uncomfortable and tried calling the salon only to find it was not in service. I then went down to the establishment and it was completely vacant. At this point I still received no contact. For months I was trying to get my money back and even involved the police to which she lied to them telling them that I was the one who wasn't responding to her. lol Long story short she had no cosmetology license, no real business, and had scammed someone else before in the past. The building is large with an open feel and everything looked fresh and new with a relaxing color palette. The lady at the front desk was unfriendly and gave me a bad first impression. My aesthetician was Tracy and I really liked her. She had such a warm and friendly personality and was very easy to talk to. The waxing room was spacious and the bed I laid on was heated. For the first time ever, the waxing did not hurt! Tracy said she preferred to use hard wax on the delicate underarm skin because it is gentler and she was right- I barely felt any pain. She used regular wax on my legs, but still- it wasn't half as painful as at other salons. Another plus is that the half leg wax included the knee. Most places don't do this. I was very impressed with the job she did and will definitely be back to see her.

I found this place because I saw a review that said someone travelled 4 hours to go here because Alicia did such a great job. I called & they said they had a hypo-allergenic hair color for me. I made the appointment & showed up on time with my mask etc. Alicia seemed super nice and the hair color did not burn my head. I liked the color and it turned out great except the roots were lighter than rest of my hair. My hair was super long and was giving me a head ache. I asked if she was really good with long,, thick & wavy hair. She said yes and I allowed her to cut it. It sadly was very chopped in the back. I was very sad. I did go back a 2nd time for root touch up though because I needed it & MI was just opening. When I asked her to blow dry the back with a little flip, she said something like "Nope not doing that!" I just said nothing and left. But that first visit, I should've known that something was wrong when she didn't want me to see the back of my hair until she curled it . She offered to curl it for free. I'm pretty sure it's because she was trying to hide the 2- layers that were cut without any blending. I finally went back to my regular salon & they had to cut more in order to fix it. So you can decide if you want to go here or not?
