I had a pedicure with Bethany, I had never been here before but I loved the way the whole salon was stylized. Music was playing loudly enough to be enjoyed, but not so loudly that we couldn't hold a conversation. Everyone was very friendly, sometimes when you go into nail bars they are either so bougie I am uncomfortable or so ratchet that I am uncomfortable. Haha! But Polished is just right! I love the place itself! Very nice set up with quality pedicure chairs and tubs that I'm kind of obsessed with. Only been here a couple of times. The first time was a little questionable as I felt unheard my by nail tech. (This was years ago and I'm pretty sure she's not there anymore so kind of irrelevant). This time around I wanted to set up a mani/pedi for my baby shower as I had a gift card to use. Each time I called asking for time changes (to try and accommodate all parties) they were super nice and understanding, and thankfully being a week day, they were able to move things around. My nail tech was super sweet and did a pretty good job overall, especially with the pedicure ++ my gel nails stayed on the longest they ever have and she was really good about making sure the polish wasn't too thick. My only concerns: The manicure seemed rushed, no water was used to help with cuticle removal (which I thought was odd), and she wasn't very personable. read more

Highly recommend! The best nail salon in Northwest Ohio. I drove 1 hour to get my nails done here and it was the best decision. Haileigh was my nail technician and she was awesome. The salon is clean, friendly and they take their time. Haileigh was polite and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Great customer service and very talented nail artist Haileigh. First time going there and it was amazing. I'm from Hawaii and I'm usually super picky about my nails but thank the lord for Mailana. She did an amazing job on my nails and didn't take to long either. She's got a wonderful personality and she knew by just looking at my nails how I liked them done a little differently then usual. I like my nails to be a thinner more natural look ( even though they are fake) but I would defiantly say ask for her when you go!! read more

My nail tech moved out of state, I tried a few different techs in the shop, however, I was not satisfied. Tried a few other shops around town some were okay others not so much. I Scheduled an appointment twice with Polished Nail Bar for gel mani and pedi, each time I had a different nail tech. Both were awesome and did an awesome job. Very nice made me feel comfortable. I made an appointment Nov.10th. It was specified what nail tech I wanted and confirmed. The night before my appointment I get a reminder with another tech's name. When I called the shop the next day and asked why I was switched. They said I did not specify the tech. WRONG! They screwed up. They apologized and offered to cancel my appointment. Polished Nail Bar is an okay salon. Did a lot of research on salons in the area before I went because i changed manicurists due to price. Cute place and friendly staff, but my gel manicure was subpar. The top coat wasn't painted on to cover all of my nail polish (not sure if it was because of the blue color i got or not?) and it started chipping 1-2 weeks after getting it along with nail breakage. If you can afford to get your nails done every 2 weeks, probably your place. I've been to places that are the same price and my gel has lasted for four weeks. Hit or miss, depending on who you get. Probably wouldn't go back. read more

First time at this salon and will definitely return. Heba gave me a mini pedicure that was thoroughly beautifully and relaxing in all of 45 minutes. I asked if a brow wax might be available after I was finished and they did fit me in. The salon is nice and spacious so I didn't feel the need to be social as you do in some tightly packed places. Heba was professional but pleasantly engaging in conversation. Kendra did a great job on my brows. It was an excellent value. read more

They cancelled my appointment to get ONE nail fixed after I was 5 minutes late- even though they say they give you a span of 10 minutes before cancelling. Mind you I had just gotten these nails done the day before and tipped the nail tech over 30%. After the receptionist tried arguing for two minutes that I was 10 minutes late (mind you I was still not 10 minutes late at this point) she agreed to get the nail tech. Now as a reminder I had just been there the day before to get these done and tipped her over 30% on my nails. I wasn't asking to get the nail fixed for free or anything. Without even looking at the nail she refused to fix it saying that I was "ten minutes late" and that she wouldn't be able to fix it in ten minutes before her next appointment. So I questioned why even give a window to get there is if it doesn't actually exist? After another two minutes of arguing she agreed to fix it but "couldn't guarantee how good it would turn out". Excuse me? Who says that to a client?! Especially one that tipped highly and wasn't asking for anything except ONE NAIL BE FIXED. I told her that obviously fixing one nail was such a hassle that I would leave. Oh and the next salon I went to fixed it in five minutes without a single complaint. Working in customer service I am actually appalled at their behavior. I was spoken to rudely, called the WRONG NAME multiple times, and was only told that it was my fault. I could go into a whole other review about the conversation had in front of me when I initially got a full set done as well, but I'll just say don't talk about how your "not very good at acrylics" as your putting acrylics on a client. Never returning. And encourage others to find a place that has better customer service and techs who are confident and proud of their work and reputation. read more

I received a confirmation text stating my appointment was at 3:15 however, when I called at 2:30 to confirm my appointment it had been moved. Not impressed at all. When I got there, I informed the girl at the front desk that it was my first time there and she gave me no instructions so I waited for my nail tech. My nail tech made awkward conversation as she asked me personal questions and sounded judgmental about it (poor customer service). She then left several nail crooked, to the point where my index finger nail looked like it might fall off. Polish was also bubbly and not covering the complete nail. For $40 I expected better service for a full set. I'm not sure if this was just my tech or the business in general, but I will not be back. read more

Excellent shelac mani and pedi. Very clean and comfortable modern facility. The manicurist was right on time (I had an appointment but noticed at Khoi with appointments I still had to wait sometimes a half hour). Very nice shellac mani that lasted the longest I have ever had one last-about 6 weeks with no chipping. Excellent pedi too with very nice massage chair. Price was super reasonable for both at $69. with no coupons or specials used.I have booked another one for next month. read more
