Never in my life will I go here again. Three weeks ago, I…read morecame in and had a full set done by a woman, and I absolutely loved them. Today, I went in for a fill and polish, and my experience was completely different. I got a gentleman who seemed unwilling to do anything I asked. He only wanted to paint the entire nail one color. When I asked for a design (which they advertise), he kept saying no. I then asked for a simple French tip, and he told me my nails were "too old and bad." Keep in mind--these nails were done here just three weeks ago, and I came in specifically to have them filled and refreshed. It gets worse. After filing, I wasn't even allowed to wash my hands, so when he painted them, there was dust all over my nails. The final result is honestly embarrassing--there's debris stuck in the polish and even gunk left under my nails. You can't even fully see it in the photo, but they are also extremely blurry and cloudy. I have never had my nails look like this in my life. To top it off, I was charged $40 for a fill that is listed as $25. I wouldn't mind paying more for quality work, but paying extra for something I now have to go somewhere else to fix is beyond frustrating. What makes this even more disappointing is that I work with a lot of people, and after getting my nails done three weeks ago, everyone kept asking where I went. I raved about this place, and several people from my job even went there because of my recommendation. It's really upsetting that now I have to show them what I walked out with today and tell them to find somewhere else. The entire experience felt rushed and rude. Every request I made was met with "no" or "pick something else," and then I was insulted about the condition of my nails--which they did in the first place. Be careful coming here. My experience today showed me they don't care about customer satisfaction at all.

My daughter went into this nail salon today to get a full set of nails put on. She NEVER gets…read moreanything done for herself. Pampering yourself and getting a service done should be relaxing a stress free. She has small nail beds and the nail technicians were....how would I describe it....fingernail shaming her because of how small her nail beds are. The technicians kept trading places....she ended up just going elsewhere. There is no room at any service oriented establishment for this type of behavior or anywhere to be honest. It's just bad business. I talked to the owner, she offered to do her nails for free. We declined the offer, it's not about getting something for free. It's about how they make you feel. I highly DO NOT recommend this establishment.

I do NOT recommend this business. I've gotten a wart from getting my nails done at this place…read more Now...a fungal infection. They CLEARLY do not clean their tools properly, that they will cut skin with. I always gave them the benefit of the doubt in wondering if it wasn't this nail salon that gave me all these issues along my nail beds, but now I know it's K Nail. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Ok Let me say before I get into all of this…read more A. I'm pretty young don't really go to places like this a lot. B. I didn't know what to expect. Now that that's out of the way. Let's hop in to the mess that was my visit- And the aftermath. Part one: at the salon We walk in the environment seems cozy enough! I pick out my colors (a pale pink and a dark sparkly purple) And the guy who is doing my nails leads me over to the chair (he worked at table three) He takes my purple polish and goes to the back room. He then comes out with a different polish (I didn't know that the color had changed at the time) He does my feet- except that he really didn't. He didn't push back my cuticles. He didn't really take care of the skin on my heel that well! He started doing my toe nails and then BOOM he's done- faster than lightning I guess (spoiler- the paint chips off two days later) He takes me over to table three and starts work on my nails- if this sounds fast paced it was, Kind of a whirl wind process. He starts working on my nails and before I know it THIS GUY HAS APPLIED TIPS TO MY NAILS. I NEVER asked for them HE DIDNT EVEN ASK ME FIRST!!!! When he started trimming them I asked for short nails- HE GAVE ME SHOVELS. Well that's fine I got the design I want- WRONG. Wrong. Shade. Of . Purple. I didn't even notice but he swapped the colors. When all is said and done. At least He did a good job- NO no he didn't. There were gaps in several of the nails that food got stuck under. Part two: at home I took them off after two days. I'm an artist and I really like to draw but honey- I Couldn't hold a pencil properly. I asked for short and I got shovels. Food got stuck under the nails. The acrylic still isn't off of my nails... no matter how much acetone I apply. Overview: If you want cool nails- don't go here Press one are a better option Honestly anywhere else is great.. Don't give them your cash
