The manager barely listens to what I say, makes an adjustment then hands them right back as if I'm wasting his time. other technicians have physically checked the glasses while I'm wearing them to spot areas that may need adjustment. He was also no help when I was choosing new frames. I have already spent my insurance benefit for this year. I will definitely go somewhere else next year. In the meantime, I'll find YouTube videos and adjust them myself

This establishment is incredibly lucky to have this young lady. I've never felt so comfortable in my eye doctor's office, until now. I will definitely be coming back because the staff here is so friendly. My last eye doctor did not treat me with the respect Comprehensive Eye Care's staff did. I felt heard, understood and respected. This is so rare. Dr. Derksen is the best eye doctor I've ever encountered. She explained things to me so I could understand what's going on with my sight. I can't give enough praise to this office. From the check in process to the check out process, everyone you encounter here greats you with a warm welcome.
