These are not your ordinary optometrist's office frames, but rather a carefully curated selection of cool frames that will keep me coming back to see what's new. I made an appointment at Americas Best in Springfield, and this was the best experience I have ever. The store was clean, well kept, and everyone was super nice. Roberta and Tammy were so kind with helping me, and accommodated me with my wheelchair. The Optometrist was also great. He doubled checked my vision, and made sure my eye were healthy. He was very thorough, but also quick! There was a pair of glasses I wanted that I had bought years ago, and Roberta called a store in Arizona to get me the last pair in the country! She went above and beyond for me. Tammy could relate to what to what I was going through, and treated me like family. Thank you all for being so kind, and understanding my situation. When I got the exam the wait time was tiny, the doctor was right on it, he answered questions and helped me find the right things that I was looking for in the way for Glasses. Turns out I needed both distance glasses and close-up glasses. I don't want bifocals. The gentleman who works out in the frames area help me find the ones that fit my interest, my budget, and would have a quick turnaround. I was very happy with that. They were very quick to get my wife and kiddos in the system and set up for appointments. These guys are right around the corner, and they treated me right. I'm glad to stop by there.
