    I purchased glasses here several years ago at the time everything was fine except for a few missed…read morecalls which I understand... then several months later I had a problem with the lens, and they took care of it but still had a misunderstanding with communication!! then in January as I was cleaning them, they fell apart? I stopped in to see if they could fix them and of course, they were out of warranty... so they said they were on back order till March, but they would let me know if they came in earlier. I called to see what was happening and she said someone called me in January and I hadn't returned their call, so she said your glasses are here! so, I checked my phone before I got there and they did leave a message and I did return the call that day...When I got there, I wanted to show them my phone messages but they were not interested... So, I asked how much I owed and she said nothing and I was like OK, so I picked up the glasses in a plastic bag, and they were the broken pair... Now I did raise my voice as I think a lot of people would because why would you not call me back after a month of me using old glasses that I told them I had a hard time seeing with ... The lady in the back came out and told me to quiet down or leave but I just wanted to explain my side of the story but was told to LEAVE!! So over a month later and still no new frames... Of course, I will go somewhere and get a new pair, but I think this could have had a different ending If the customer (me) could have had a chance to tell his side of the story... Bruce
