All I ever did was water pick on the highest setting twice a day. I appreciate her taking the time to ask me questions on how I was doing things and giving me other alternatives to use. Two appointment have been cancelled and rescheduled by office in three years. an I was told by the children after we left the office that they were not treated well by a hygienist, they would say something that was out of line or made to feel like they were not wanted there. May I missed a appointment and was told they were booked until 2023, I dont believe it, cant prove it but I took the appointment for the following year and I am looking for a office with professional staff that know how to treat people regardless of who they are.

Their hours don't seem to matter. They have set hours on limited days but don't seem to answer their phone half the time. The doctors seem ok it seems to be more of an issue with staff and clerical. It is a really small office. Some of my family uses them because they take Medicaid. I don't use them myself other than to help with the appointments and get them there. If you are looking for a dentist that is available more hours and consistent in returning calls and appointments I would look around.

I just visited this office yesterday for my very first time. I have scheduled a root canal and I…read morewas very very nervous. From the get-go I was treated almost like family and with what they like to call TLC which I absolutely loved. I cannot believe how much I actually enjoyed hanging out with Dr. espeleta and his assistant, even in the midst of a root Canal! I can't believe how it didn't hurt at all! They numbed me up and we went through the process. Nice 80's fun music in the background, great personalities .. I can't believe I actually sort of enjoyed my time during a surgery.
