I really didn't know what to expect when I came to this office but my son-in-law recommended this place, and I'm so grateful that he did! They truly understand, are kind and helpful and they have up to date equipment that makes everything quick, efficient and as pain free as possible. If you have a fear of the dentist, or just have not felt comfortable with where you've been going, I'd recommend this place a thousand times over.

No high pressure sales tactics, just straight forward. Dr. Dhingra and her son are very nice people as well as the office staff. My son warmed to them almost immediately. And, this is HUGE This office is so time efficient it's stunning. In and out within 10 minutes at most appointments. Absolutely love Dhingra orthodontics!!!

They schedule the times, I came on time, and the several employees just scatter and talk. My appointments mostly lasted either over an hour or more if ANY treatment was done. I am so frustrated with this place as they also tend to shame the patients when lack of progress is shown. Not a place for me.

I have also gotten thrush mouth and that was from that box prednisone stuff. They prescribe me completely destroyed my immune system. I've been throwing up for three days I haven't been able to eat. It's been the worst experience of my life, and I contemplated suicide because of this.

I walked in and stood at the desk for a good ten seconds before the staff greeted me. I could hear them chit chatting about something that was clearly not a work conversation. The nurse called me back and she must have been having a bad day. She seemed really disgruntled and annoyed. I told her what I was there for - I'd mentioned two concerns when I set the appointment, but a couple more things had come up since setting the appointment about a month prior. The doctor came in and immediately told me she'd only treat me for two of my concerns today and I'd have to come back another day for my additional concerns. I was really taken aback as I've never had a doctor refuse to treat me because of time constraints. After the doc left the room in a hurry, I asked the nurse why I couldn't be treated for all of my concerns today. She told me the office scheduled me a 10 minute appointment for just one concern. I told her I had mentioned two concerns when I set up the appointment. She then told me that setting appointments is not her job. I felt snubbed. It seems to me that these folks are in the business to make money rather than to help people. Bad first impression, I won't return nor recommend them.

Terrible experience! Dr. Hoover created an incision in my lower left leg to remove basal cell…read morecarcinoma. They scheduled stitches removal at 14 days. I followed care directions but sent a message through the portal at 9 days (a Wednesday), with a photo, stating I was concerned about the incision site. No one contacted me. On day 11, a Friday, I phoned to follow up and shared that it was looking worse. They could not find my message, even though I can see it on my end. The nurse had me send another photo; her response was, "Hm, it does look a little angry," and she said she was sending it to the doctor so I could have information before the weekend. Crickets. The next morning, I went to urgent care, where I was diagnosed with a significant bacterial infection and put on a strong antibiotic and very specific care instructions. I was told I was a high risk for sepsis and a blood clot, and there was no certainty that this particular antibiotic would work. It helped, but not enough, so now I'm on my second antibiotic for treatment and am still restricted in my activities. I was told that stitches in this part of the body should not be in for more than 7 days. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. The stitches were in too long, and TWICE I contacted them with concerns, and they did not respond to provide basic patient care. The photo you see is the same photo they were given.
