It has been a few years (pre-covid) since I was in. I had a lot of buildup. They were able to get me into treatment in a timely manner. They accept my insurance. The staff were friendly. It took a long time, but the staff were kind and courteous during the teeth-cleaning and health evaluation process. They treated me well, and I felt my dignity was respected. We were able to set up a care plan for me, and I look forward to getting my kiddos the care they should be having there. They are faith-friendly, and have a very nice care experience. read more

Dr. Castle is the best dentist in Ohio. She has won several dental awards and has all the latest and greatest dental technology. I drive up from Beavercreek to see her and she is hands down better than any dentist in the Dayton area and well worth the extra 15 minute drive. I recommend her to anyone that ask for a dentist. I called yesterday for a dental emergency and and she got me in immediately. 30 minutes later no tooth pain and feeling good. She saved our family vacation!! The office is the most beautiful medical building I've ever been in. The equipment is all brand new with 3D imaging. Beautiful chairs and very relaxing office atmosphere. I'm usually very anxious going to the dentist but this office completely puts you at ease and they offer noise canceling headphones along with several other things to help keep you feeling relaxed! All her associates are very polite and just as personable as she is. I highly recommend anybody, especially those with families to try her office. Dr. Castle took over when she bought the business from long time Dentist and anesthesiologist, Dr. Wayne Fisher. She has made it her own and I won't go to anyone else. I even moved to Columbus and came back for my cleanings and any other appointments. Their new location is to die for, just gorgeous! The office is an old house and very welcoming, just as their staff is. Most of them, i knew prior with Dr. Fisher. They really try to accommodate for people's schedules. They allow headphones and music, when they are doing dental work. Everyone is like a long lost friend because they remember to ask you about anything you had maybe mentioned from last appointment. You really can't get a better group of ladies in this dental office! Their new location is super accessible to the interstate or back country roads. I will never go to another dentist! read more

I have a serious dental issue and had a scheduled appt tomorrow at about 12.I have been in pain for a week and they were informed of this and other details at the time of scheduling my appt.I just recieved a voicemail about a half hour ago saying they were cancelling that appt and moving it to next Tues!? Reason given....."That time.......It simply just isnt going to work for the Dr." That is very unprofessional as well as uncompassionate to patients and something I would expect from Aspen or ImmediaDent.(The same 2 places that they agreed with me on the phone at the time of scheduling were shady places)Not a medical business with 5 star reviews.Yes,Im speaking of Brighter Days Dental on Archer Dr in Troy OH and this review was NOT left in error.Sorry to have inconvenienced your Dr. somehow with my issue. read more
