Staff has changed and now nothing goes as planned. The first couple of reschedules were due to equipment being inoperable (understandable, and uncontrollable) however, since then there has been 4 different occasions where either our appointments were "not on the schedule" or the office failed to called us to reschedule due to people being out/sick. We've showed patience and grace but how many times will these things happen before things are changed?

They removed his tooth so fast and without pain he didn't know procedure as over. Thanks to this medical team for fast, painless, enjoyable experience, I recommend this place to everyone. I asked if I could set up the appointment now, then give the money that day, but they denied me. I got the money the next day, then they said my appointment would be next week. I went to another dentist and that dentist asked for their X-rays. They refused to send the better X-rays and sent an X-ray that was totally unreadable. After spending $229 for their in-house insurance, I feel I've wasted my time and money and will be getting my $1,425 refunded next week. I absolutely do not recommend this awful business; however, the dental aid and dentist themselves were very nice people. I do not hold them accountable except for whoever sent the defective X-rays. It's the company itself that has ruined my experience.

I spent in excess of $10k on dental work in that time, and mostly saw Dr. Jones. I had a dental "emergency" this morning, and since I had been established with them and they repaired the now split tooth last, I called and they could get me in that day! I told the scheduler my dental insurance, and she asked me to call back with the member ID, but did state that if I couldn't get it, that they could look it up with my SSN. I called back a short time later with my insurance info, and no issues were brought up. I even paid a small bill I had from the past (that I didn't remember) as well as the cost of the appointment and xray (for a total of over $200) just to get this appointment. So I get to the treatment planning part, I'm told I need a crown by the dentist. "Finance" comes in and says it will be $2k for a crown and core because Excellence no longer takes my insurance... She offered for me to pay the total out of pocket, and then my dental insurance "may" reimburse me, as Excellence is "out of network" for them. They knew my insurance at 8:47 am, still had me come in and then let me get through my whole appointment without telling me my insurance would cover nothing. Then, Ms. "Finance" had the nerve to smirk and smile multiple times with no empathy when I explained that I could not afford that much out of pocket, and I was at a loss as I have a partially half-broken front tooth, that is still partially attached, and was afraid to eat for fear of losing the whole tooth. Long story short, the dentists' and other staff seem like good people and do decent work, but there is nothing they do that another, kinder office couldn't. This is NOT the dentist practice for you if you don't have large amounts of expendable cash on hand AND want to not be treated like "the poor".

I had awful tmj. It has been an issue for many years and got so bad my jaw was dislocating…read moreregularly. It changed the way my teeth lined up so they did not connect. This made eating very difficult and painful. My dentist recommended dr Monga at this location. Tmj is expensive and difficult to try and fix. Medical and dental insurance dont cover it. So it was thousands of dollars. Needed physical therapy. If tmj is your issue highly recommend insisting on Chris for therapy. I tried several other therapists and the only one id recommend is Chris. After alot of time and money my tmj is finally much better. Nice to be able to occasionally eat popcorn or steak. Great to not have daily pain. Dr monga was very kind. Really liked her. I guess not many places know what to do for tmj so if thats your issue highly recommend her. Wish I would have dealt with it earlier so things wouldn't have gotten so bad..

I appreciated that both the assistant and Dr. Sato himself offered explanations to the procedural checks and diagnosis routines. I'm usually big on asking questions, but most of them were answered without any prompt. That's very refreshing.
