These doctors are top notch and I believe they are the best you will find anywhere. Everytime I go in I am surprised at the huge selection of very high quality frames and lenses that they have. I always thought that all glasses were the same, you just had to pick a fancy frame. Not after trying on a pair of theirs. They told me that with these digital lenses that I would see in high definition, I had no idea what they were talking about until I tried them on. I can see so well now that it is amazing!

I made an appointment at Americas Best in Springfield, and this was the best experience I have ever. The store was clean, well kept, and everyone was super nice. Roberta and Tammy were so kind with helping me, and accommodated me with my wheelchair. The Optometrist was also great. He doubled checked my vision, and made sure my eye were healthy. He was very thorough, but also quick! There was a pair of glasses I wanted that I had bought years ago, and Roberta called a store in Arizona to get me the last pair in the country! She went above and beyond for me. Tammy could relate to what to what I was going through, and treated me like family. Thank you all for being so kind, and understanding my situation. It means so much to me.

I often have trouble finding frames that fit my face, but this practice carries an excellent selection of attractive, stylish, out-of-the-ordinary sunglasses. They have a larger selection of frames for regular glasses that are equally stylish and attractive: the selection is varied enough so that whatever the shape of your face, you should be able to find options that look great. These are not your ordinary optometrist's office frames, but rather a carefully curated selection of cool frames that will keep me coming back to see what's new. I haven't yet had an appointment with Dr. Eckhart for an eye exam, but I am told that she is pleasant, thorough, careful and doesn't skimp on time with her patients. Highly recommended!

I stopped in to see if they could fix them and of course, they were out of warranty... so they said they were on back order till March, but they would let me know if they came in earlier. I called to see what was happening and she said someone called me in January and I hadn't returned their call, so she said your glasses are here! so, I checked my phone before I got there and they did leave a message and I did return the call that day...When I got there, I wanted to show them my phone messages but they were not interested... So, I asked how much I owed and she said nothing and I was like OK, so I picked up the glasses in a plastic bag, and they were the broken pair... Now I did raise my voice as I think a lot of people would because why would you not call me back after a month of me using old glasses that I told them I had a hard time seeing with ... The lady in the back came out and told me to quiet down or leave but I just wanted to explain my side of the story but was told to LEAVE!! So over a month later and still no new frames... Of course, I will go somewhere and get a new pair, but I think this could have had a different ending If the customer (me) could have had a chance to tell his side of the story... Bruce
