When I got the exam the wait time was tiny, the doctor was right on it, he answered questions and helped me find the right things that I was looking for in the way for Glasses. Turns out I needed both distance glasses and close-up glasses. I don't want bifocals. The gentleman who works out in the frames area help me find the ones that fit my interest, my budget, and would have a quick turnaround. I was very happy with that.
