Roberta and Tammy were so kind with helping me, and accommodated me with my wheelchair. The Optometrist was also great. He doubled checked my vision, and made sure my eye were healthy. He was very thorough, but also quick! There was a pair of glasses I wanted that I had bought years ago, and Roberta called a store in Arizona to get me the last pair in the country! We switched insurance companies and I found this place on the insurance website. I called and told…read morethem my glasses broke and I need to make an appointment, I asked how much an exam would be and they told me $80. They also told me my insurance would cover my glasses. I get there and they start doing way more to me than I had asked, they did a contact exam, dilated my eyes and turned them yellow, all I asked for was a simple eye exam! When it came time to pay, they charged me almost $400!! I was told $80!! I eventually went back and got a refund for my glasses and canceled the order, but I was still out the $165 they charged me for a contact exam.
