I made an appointment at Americas Best in Springfield, and this was the best experience I have ever. The store was clean, well kept, and everyone was super nice. Roberta and Tammy were so kind with helping me, and accommodated me with my wheelchair. The Optometrist was also great. He doubled checked my vision, and made sure my eye were healthy. He was very thorough, but also quick! There was a pair of glasses I wanted that I had bought years ago, and Roberta called a store in Arizona to get me the last pair in the country! She went above and beyond for me. Tammy could relate to what to what I was going through, and treated me like family. Thank you all for being so kind, and understanding my situation. I will definitely be coming back because the staff here is so friendly. My last eye doctor did not treat me with the respect Comprehensive Eye Care's staff did. I felt heard, understood and respected. This is so rare. Dr. Derksen is the best eye doctor I've ever encountered. She explained things to me so I could understand what's going on with my sight.
