MY REVIEW FOR GOOGLE WAS REMOVED BY OWNER...Very bad service , pedicure chairs are very uncomfortable .They do not use liners for pedicures, anyway, chose three different colors none available, although they have on color palette.. the application was horrible, very inexperienced, she hurt me in the process because she was correcting her mess with the drill on my cuticle. I asked her to stop she offered to fix the application with the drill agian, wich i declined because it was painful. Also the entire time the nail lamp was pushing agianst my feet because she was leaning on it , she didnt remove my calluses properly with the correct tool. This is the second and way bigger, more fabulous location! The ambiance is full of pink colors with accents of black and gold that really brings the place together. I came here to get lash extensions for the first time ever and although I didn't know what to expect, I was very much in tune with the customs of service, especially from a safety and hygiene stand point. I was greeted when I first walked in by who I assumed was an employee and I looked over to where I heard her voice. I was confused at first because I saw a girl on the waiting chair, wearing one of the store's blankets around her shoulders, very casually laying on the bench with her legs curled up as well. She continued to inquire if I had an appointment which confirmed her employment. I confirmed I had one with Sikiu for eyelashes at 1:30 and she stated that she was still on her way. I arrived 5 mins early but ended up waiting past 1:30, even after my appointment was moved by Sikiu from 12 to 1:30 that same day around 11:00 that morning. When she finally came in, she admitted she was having her lunch which explained why she was late. Interesting. We proceeded with my appointment and tried to discuss the kind of eyelash look I wanted. I said something like a classic but another level up. I also said I wasn't sure what look would fit well with my asian eyes. She confirmed she knew exactly what and would give me an open-eye look. Sounds good i said. You lie flat on a cushioned bed with a leg pillow to put under your knees and a blanket. The first girl at the door ended up assisting me with my blanket and seated herself on a wheeled short stool next to me. I thought she was in training possibly and wanted to watch Sikiu. It turned out she wanted to sit there and talk to her for almost the entire time of my eyelash application with Sikiu also speaking back and laughing loudly right over me. It was just very uncomfortable. There's a set of eye patches that are added over your lower eye lids and over top eyelids to have full access to your lashes. My right eye was set perfectly as I had no irritation from them but my left eye turned out red after about 1.5 hours of them on. Sikiu said it was normal which doesn't explain how my right eye didnt have the safe results. Although the redness disappeared after about 15 mins, about 2 days later, my left eye is still sore which really worries me. Ultimately, I think the services provided here are absolutely fabulous, but the execution needs more polish with professionalism for a better experience and customer service. read more

I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but I went to Eye Love Nails new location on Eastlake Blvd in Horizon City today to give them a try after seeing good reviews about their original location. The business was really cute, friendly staff and I prefer their chairs compared to the massaging chairs. I left disappointed though. I got a gel mani/pedi. $75 special. I was a bit surprised that they do a dry manicure. My real disappointment was my fingernails weren't filed or shaped. For the pedicure under my nails were not cleaned and was just polished over. Nails were not buffed and the tips of the nails are jagged and not painted. Since it's my first time going there I didn't question during because maybe that service doesn't come with it. I did question at the end while paying and was told that a manicure DOES come with filing/shaping and during the pedicure under the nails should've been cleaned. I did receive an apology and was told they would talk to the nail tech. I would've thought with all of those things not being done I would've gotten some sort of discount but did not. Now that I'm home I also noticed that one of my toenail doesn't have the top coat on. Overall disappointed with my experience there. For $75 I expected better. I was thinking about giving them another try but I've changed my mind as I'd like to relax during my service and not have to watch everything to make sure it's being done. I've gotten my lashes done here twice so far and had a refill appointment for today. I arrived and essentially was told to either come back in an hour or at 3. The appropriate thing to do would have been to call me before arriving to inform me that my appointment time was not going to be possible for the lash tech instead of wasting my time with travel to the location. My appointment was supposed to be with Cindy (according to the receptionist who was polite). Certainly going to find a new lash location. Professionalism is an important aspect if a business wants customer loyalty, which I would have gladly done with this location. It is unfortunate. read more

I Had my hair done here, I wasn't impressed with the process nor the results. The hairstylist wasn't there majority of the time she was always leaving without saying anything always on the phone distracted, my neck and scalp were burning from the product and falling down my head. After she came back, I told the stylist it was burning and that I was in pain she was in no rush to help, she took her time and said yeah not everyone can take it numerous times. Afterwards when I went home my scalp was bleeding, I had blisters & flakes with blood come off my scalp. What a waste of $300+ " Hairstylist " was Francheska. read more

After being new to the area, I sought out to find a new nail home and was NOT disappointed at all! The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming as well as the ladies working. My nails turned out perfect as well as my pedicure. I was so pleased I went ahead and made an appt for the next time. Highly, highly recommend. read more
