Trampoline floor. Hamster balls

Great place to burn energy. surveillance cameras keep a close eye on the space and are good for managing safety issues as they come up right away. The kids always love it. $24 for 2 hrs on a weekend is a fair deal. Lots of space to bounce around even when busy. Parking may be a little walk if it's busy. Staff are apathetic, but seem to keep an eye on things which is far more important to me than if they are friendly and oblivious. UPDATE: When leaving we realized the entrance and front were littered with Garbage and used socks. Not a welcome sight.

If I…read morecould leave 0 stars I would, this place isn't just dangerous it needs to be shut down immediately! We had only been there for 20 minutes when I was approached by a manager who rudely demanded I stop taking photos of the facility. She was acting incredibly paranoid, accusing me of sending photos to a competitor(owner of mach1), and threatening to kick me out. It was clear she was more concerned about protecting the park's image than the safety of the children inside. The situation turned from unprofessional to dangerous when my daughter fell head-first into a large, gaping hole in the flooring near the ball pit. She began sliding into the void, and I had to physically jump and grab her legs to pull her out before she was seriously injured. When I brought this life-threatening hazard to the management's attention, they were not only dismissive but openly hostile. They had the audacity to blame my child for falling into an improperly marked hole, claiming that the minimal caution tape and cones were enough, and that fixing the structural issues was 'too hard.' After I advocated for my daughter's safety, the manager became aggressive, used profanity, and threatened to call the police to have me trespassed simply for speaking up. They forced us to leave early and refused to address the crumbling state of their facility. Do not bring your children here. The facility is physically unsafe, and the management prioritizes silence and 'image control' over the safety of the kids in their care. I have documented the hazards and the incident with photos and video, and I am reporting this to the proper authorities.

It's a huge space where you can let your kid loose for an hour or more. A good way for your Adderall-addicted kid to release pent-up rage without killing themselves. Almost every surface is covered in trampolines, although you can not bounce on the hard edges of the individual trampolines. Psychedelic neon lights may induce seizures, and loud music may make you go deaf. There are some obstacle course activities and climbing challenges for the more adventurous. There's even a foam pit you can jump into if you don't care too much about germs. Staff were not exactly charismatic or enthusiastic about working there. That said, they tried their best to prep the kids and relay terms of service and liabilities beforehand. I asked my kid if she'd like to go there again, and she said no. It seems one time was enough for her.

They said they would refund 90%, or $460, which we were fine with. Now they say they have a record of that conversation, but "are unable to refund at this time." No explanation, they act like their inability is out of their hands. They also hinted that there are many similar requests they won't respond to. I get that they have rent to pay, but they haven't had to pay instructors for months, and their rent is not my concern, we all have income situations to deal with. Hey Jump, you've stolen $500 from us. I hope a lot of customers see this and think twice about pre-paying for a term.

The facility is bright and clean. We waited in the parent room while the kids went back in the gym with their teacher. The teacher was high energy and had lots of smiles. She was greeting the kids as they came in the door. Many of the kids kicked off their shoes and were eager to start. However, there was one girl who seemed to have anxiety about leaving her mom. She wrapped her arms and legs tightly around her dad's leg. When class was about to start, the teacher calmly talked to the girl, took her hand, and led her to class. I think that interaction speaks really well for Jump and its instructors. The class schedule is very accommodating, and gives many options for each level. Some of the classes allow babies as young as 6 months!

Stuck around as my youngest was attending a birthday party this afternoon from 1-3:30…read more Cloris was my favourite staffer and go-to gal for things like an extra bin for overflow birthday presents, cups for water (and she brought me a stack which I appreciated as forward-thinking because I could leave them for the other parents in our group too), and she was extra patient with my kid when he was choosing a prize with his tickets. For the most part, I really like the systems here that made the party run fairly smoothly. Our party host staffer (didn't catch her name but she had the coolest purple shoes) was super helpful in distributing food, assisting with cake cutting, refilling pitchers, quickly cleaning up after spills and proactively dealing with cupcake leftovers being put in the fridge. Three things I'd maybe suggest could run differently: 1) have coloured wristbands assigned to party rooms so that you can tell instantly who belongs to your party group. Like at one point, we had a random little girl asking for tokens from our party host, and then a little boy just sat himself down at our party table eating food and blending in until our host mom said, "Who is this kid??" And then a minute later his mom found him! The parents thought it was hilarious. The staff also have neon shirts so maybe you can match party host to wristband colours. If this system already exists, I didn't notice and only thought of it now. 2) For bumper car passes and tokens, it would be good if birthday party kids got an allotment with their socks at the start when you sign in at the front desk. The less that parent hosts have to worry about, the better. The thing where each kid signs in and chooses hot dog or pizza is fantastic. Our host mom thought she'd have to take care of that and was relieved not to. 3) For saying goodbye and around retrieving their shoes, that could be the time and location that party hosts can give out their goodie bags. It's just a little awkward that there's no specific place to do that. I appreciated not having to sign a waiver but that's probably not the greatest for the establishment's purposes. I also appreciated not having to pay entry fee as an adult even though I was prepared to pay. But then again, encouraging parents to stay without charging them means they're okay with waiting around for their kid, being around to supervise as opposed to dropping off and leaving, and like one parent I saw, will buy food. Overall, the place seemed clean and with good air flow. The play area is large and there was a garage door open so I felt safe enough not to have to wear a mask which I really liked. The party rooms are large with high ceilings. I usually wear a mask in the classroom because of a low ceiling. It was about half full and there was lots of space for parents to gather at tables and hang out to wait for their kids. I don't know that I'd be back on my own because my oldest might feel too old for the climbing part, but the youngest had a wonderful time.

If you win a big prize, the games all do not pay out the tickets and staff only refund in tokens. So it is very rigged and only worthwhile if you want to donate to the house. Many of the games were not working and would eat more tokens and you cannot get them back unless you go through the hassle at the front desk. The younger kids would not notice these details, but I did spend $20 worth of tokens for 3 chocolate Easter eggs.

Using microphone, they warn the kids directly. If the kid doesn't listen, they will point out what he/she is wearing, what eating, what in their hand. I guess it's embarrassing for the kids, but following rule is more important. : very tidy and clean. The clerks walk around often and check the garbage bin following recycling rule. Much elder people are also working and they are very friendly. : Adult can have fun. The rechargeable play game is very convenient, and tickets (how much you won) added into the card digitally. No expiring. You can use the card for next time. Negative part : maybe 95 % of guests take off shoes at entrance. Some adult still wear them. Maybe because they won't play. The problem is going to public bathroom only with socks. When you think about hygiene, it was disgusting. I wished I had shoes. : I hope they have variety of prizes.

It's a HUGE indoor playground with TONS to do, but my main deterrent would be the admission price. They also have a sign up indicating that they will be increasing prices as well. I wasnt impressed with the lack of staff presence on the floor. There were a LOT of bare footed kids AND parents, despite clear signage about their socks policy. There were also children still wearing their shoes, and an adult who climbed the lava slide IN HER BARE FEET even though there's a big sign that says no bare feet and no adults. The lack of parental presence with some of the kids is also quite disappointing, as one girl was quite pushy with anyone who tried to get into a play structure with her. Also, people who exit/ enter the playground area aren't very careful, leaving the gates open on a few occasions that I noticed. (as my toddler tried making a beeline out of these gates). Pretty cool that they have laser tag here (for an additional fee that's cheaper when purchased the same day as your visit). Cubbies for your shoes and jacket, but no lockers for valuables. They say no outside food/drink, but it didn't seem strictly enforced, as there were tons of water bottles there. Free parking out front.
