I am writing this to warn other parents about my experience at Summit Adventure Park today. If I could leave 0 stars I would, this place isn't just dangerous it needs to be shut down immediately! We had only been there for 20 minutes when I was approached by a manager who rudely demanded I stop taking photos of the facility. She was acting incredibly paranoid, accusing me of sending photos to a competitor(owner of mach1), and threatening to kick me out. It was clear she was more concerned about protecting the park's image than the safety of the children inside. The situation turned from unprofessional to dangerous when my daughter fell head-first into a large, gaping hole in the flooring near the ball pit. She began sliding into the void, and I had to physically jump and grab her legs to pull her out before she was seriously injured. When I brought this life-threatening hazard to the management's attention, they were not only dismissive but openly hostile. They had the audacity to blame my child for falling into an improperly marked hole, claiming that the minimal caution tape and cones were enough, and that fixing the structural issues was 'too hard.' After I advocated for my daughter's safety, the manager became aggressive, used profanity, and threatened to call the police to have me trespassed simply for speaking up. They forced us to leave early and refused to address the crumbling state of their facility. Do not bring your children here. The facility is physically unsafe, and the management prioritizes silence and 'image control' over the safety of the kids in their care. If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been a member here for years and I would have stopped going a long time ago, but we do not have many options for indoor play here in Bellingham. Tonight while my 9 year old was jumping, there were some young adults there who were probably young college age/high school aged. They were talking with my daughter and her friend about how men can date men and women can date women. They also joked about dating each other and saying they were gay. Now, I'm not saying it is wrong to have your own choices about who you date. What I am saying is that you should not be speaking to children you do not know about those topics. My daughter's friend is homeschooled for that exact reason. My daughter also felt uncomfortable with them talking to them about it and knew to come tell me right away. If a child you do not know is asking questions you should direct them to their parents to answer those questions. As parents we asked the young adults to not speak to our children about those things. We then addressed the workers to inform that that we asked them to not speak to our children and what they were talking to them about. More workers showed up and escalated the entire situation. They came into the conversation not wanting to hear us out as concerned parents and instantly started defending the young adults. I told them that they were not being helpful and that we had already solved the issue and the young adults even apologized and agreed they didn't handle it well and shouldn't have spoke to our children about those topics. The workers proceeded to escalate the conversation even after it was already resolved. They told us that we were being disrespectful, and that if we continued to be disrespectful they were going to ask us to leave. We never raised our voices, never cussed, never did anything disrespectful. Mind you our families were the only POC and we do nothing but support our daughters and their feelings. They called the cops on us when nothing happened and there was no reason for cops to even be involved. Even the young adults were surprised and confused as to why the cops were called. I will never support this company ever again and I hope that no one in this community has to deal with what our young girls just went through there. They are so sad that instead of supporting them they were told to leave by the police. Absolutely disgusting, shameful, and ridiculous. read more

We recently had our son's birthday party here and we are so happy with how it went. It's unfortunate others didn't have the same experience or maybe expectations are too high? But we are thrilled with how much fun our birthday boy, and guests had. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of and that everything ran smoothly. The pizza was slightly late- and they were apologetic and activity worked on fixing it and having a solution. Sometimes things like that are out of your hands. Every time we come to Bellingham, our kids beg us to come here. Every. Single. Time! There's a very large area for your kids and another large area with tables, leather couches and high top tables for adults. The adult area also has food for sale, video games and drinks that are reasonably priced. We brought in food and drinks without issue. Adults can go into the kids area without paying to monitor their children. We did this when our kids were younger to ensure they played within the bounds of their abilities. Now that they're older we let them play independently. There is plenty of ventilation throughout the large building and large bottles of hand sanitizer at every table. You also need an online reservation during the weekend which reduces the chance of overcrowding. The last time we were here was on a Saturday around noon during the summer and our kids had plenty of room to play without bumping into other kids. Some reviewers mention the lack of mask wearing, but we had our kids wear masks just to be on the safe side and were totally comfortable with the amount of distancing here. The only downside is that we forget to bring their sticky socks. Every. Single. Time! These cost extra so if you have some at home, make sure to bring them to avoid the $4 charge! read more

This place is so clean! The bathrooms are clean. The floor is clean. The tables and seats are clean. It's really nice! The staff is friendly and attentive - Emma was very sweet and helpful on the phone. And it's not crowded at all - on the 4th of July - which is lovely. There's AC, Wi-fi, soda, snacks, video games. All in all a perfect day to spend a couple hours letting the kids burn some energy and have some fun. Plus mom gets a little downtime to read the news and watch some trash Bravo TV when no one's looking. read more

First off the positives. This place is such a fun place to take your kids and have fun with them. I love jumping with my boys (3 and 10). They have a bunch of fun slides, tons of different trampoline options, ball pits and tons of other things. Such a fun place to take your family and get your kids energy out. Now for the bad. If it wasn't for the pandemic I'd be leaving a much much better review because the park itself is really fun. The issue is that there doesn't seem to be much attempt to protect guests from spreading covid. Mask wearing isn't enforced at all, I don't see staff cleaning anything and the couple of times I've been here since the pandemic maybe half the people are masked. Hosted a birthday party for my 10 year old daughter, we showed up to a beautiful set up, table ready with decorations and a cute sign. A parent got hurt, requiring medical transport. The manager on duty was amazing, Eliza was attentive and did everything possible to minimize fear in the children, including coordinating arrival of the medics so that the children could be distracted by cupcakes. Should have paid more attention to the posts on facebook and reviews warning about the mask policy not existing. Not enforcing masks is one thing, but this place seems to actually encourage not wearing one with posters all over about why it's ok NOT to wear one. It seems to have become a hangout spot for antimaskers and if you DO wear a mask, expect for people to come up and cough right next to you for fun. I WOULD only go back to this place if I saw it was under new management because the equipment was nice. Someone is going to get seriously hurt here. I am all for trampoline parks and I think they are super fun. The concern here is. There is no order or boundaries. The other places we have gone. You stayed in your little lane, cleared the foam pit before someone else jumped in, etc. I saw numerous little kids jump in a foam pit, right underneath large kids jousting and falling in. You would be jumping on a trampoline and another kid would be going the opposite direction right towards you. The staff did nothing to try and keep people safe unlike other business that do. read more

Extremely understaffed providing an UNSAFE environment. Kids were standing on top of games, not following rules for SAFETY. Kids jumping and almost landing on other kids from the high platform. Four kids jumping on a trampoline labeled for one kid . An entire bus full of ymca kids and the general public, and a single person on the trampoline park managing the safety. . Two people confirmed they usually have two on there but only one person today. When I asked where a manager was that I could speak to, neither were on the play area. When I brought my concerns up to management, she said "we weren't prepared for this ive been trying to call people in" and I questioned "what's more important, whatever else you have going on or the safety of the kids who are here?" And at what point do you limit capacity because you are aware you can't provide a safe environment for paying customers. This place isnt cheap. She continued to sit behind the register and talk with two other employees after this conversation. The biggest waste of $50. We didn't even stay for our full hour. Manager had an attitude and was sure to let me know she will be the one to respond to this review. She also mentioned how they just got the video games but other reviews mention otherwise read more

What a wonderful place. Trampoline parks like this are so unbelievably special for kids and their parents. They create a positive experience for kids in their childhood. The place is clean for an indoor park. The workers are on top of their supervision. There are many options for both parents and kids to have an unforgettable experience. Price is fair, and expect to buy their rubber gripped sock if you don't have one. In after times of the pandemic, this place reminds me of the good old days. They didn't give me what I booked and when I asked for the empties in the package they were out and I still had to pay the full amount even though I didn't get the party bags the happy birthday plates the balloons the shirt the sodas and the garbage can were full so we no where to put are trash the pizzas came out 20 mins apart from each other so the kids all couldn't eat at the same time the attendant was no where to be found and it was very unorganized definitely not going to do it next year and it's a load of bs that I still had to pay full price for it read more

My girlfriend's daughter was so excited about coming here for her birthday. I was planning on jumping with her and having a great time. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was that almost no one was wearing masks. I went and looked at the jumping zone and saw maybe 3 or 4 people wearing masks. The parents do weren't even jumping weren't wearing masks. They had no excuse. This place had no enforcement of the statewide mask mandate. They had a sign that said some people don't have to wear a mask because of health issues or something along those lines, basically saying everyone has a free pass to not wear a mask. You may not care about your health but I care about mine and my families. There is a complete disregard for public safety at this place. read more

It is fun, It can get really crowded, weekends are nuts, but at-least it is something active we can do on a rainy day, or a LID/Early release day. I have a membership for my kid and have had it for a long time, probably over 2 years. We pay $20 a month, and we usually go 1-2 times a month. I used to like it a lot more, but I really dislike all the video games they have added. My kid used to have fun jumping, now he bugs me the whole time to play the arcade games. And if you do want to play the arcade games you have to load credits onto a play card. $10 (20 credits) will get you maybe 2 plays at 8 credits each, so you will have a bunch of leftover credits that you paid for that are worth nothing unless you buy more. Seriously pisses me off. Its a big fat rip-off and I don't like it one bit. Get rid of the video games. read more

We live out of town & came to visit family. We are REGULAR jumpers at our home trampoline park & brought our own socks purchased recently at the trampoline park we usually go to. We were told we could not use them and that you have to purchase their socks only. Apparently you can turn in a pair of the exact same grippy socks for them to throw away in order to get their socks for free. I then had to send my child in without any supervision because I was not jumping and could not go out on the deck without their socks. When we last came here, around Thanksgiving, we used our own socks and were able to see my child from the deck. Rules must have changed since so be prepared to buy their socks or exchange yours. I agree with the safety concerns highlighted by others. Our regular trampoline park has staff that rotate so there is always a minimum of one staff per station actively supervising. Here, it is difficult to monitor your child unless you're out on the deck with them. read more

I went here for a friends birthday. It was a great time but there are so many people not wearing masks. We asked several people to put them on and most ignored us. And others literally swore us out for asking. The staff literally did not care and we ended up leaving because we didn't want to be around that. Love this place! The staff is friendly on the phone and in person too! Indoors this place is clean, the staff is constantly walking around cleaning and vacuuming. It's well lit and the kids have so much fun. Obviously there's some reviews lately about "anti-maskers" but honestly this is an ENTERTAINMENT place and you should full well use your own brain to decide if you'd like to come to a place that will not ask you why you aren't wear one (HIPPA violation) or force you to wear a mask. For your children's safety I highly recommend avoiding this establishment. Today my wife and kids went here and observed a man in the trampoline area with a firearm attached to his hip. Upon expressing her concerns for safety, the staff immediately told her no, guns are not allowed and agreed and explained they would deal with it. However following up, they told her that management said he was "within his rights" When I followed up with the manager Lucas, He explained that he agreed completely that he does not think guns should be in a trampoline park full of running jumping kids, but that when he contacted ownership, they told him "he was within his rights" and they believed it was acceptable. I asked for the ability to speak with ownership and he explained that would not be possible. It is clear that Summit Adventure park ownership is more interested in making a political statement, then the safety of the kids. On their website they have a long list of items not allowed for safety Including: NO food, drinks, gum, belt buckles, clothing studs, key chains, sharp objects, phones or cameras. Seems like a firearm would be a no brainer... This is not a debate of his right to carry a weapon. It is obviously not the place for a weapon to begin with. If he wanted to stand at the door, or stand outside for protection, all rights to him. But he is in a place full of running, jumping children. Specifically in the 'wipe out' section. Where there's two beams on either end spinning. However, we went at around 11 am during their toddler time and despite there being about 20-30 kids there, it was surprisingly not too loud. At least it was way quieter than a McDonalds Play Area. I realized that all the cushioning they have all the floors and walls were sound absorbent. Staff was friendly, there was packaged snacks for okay prices, and the place was surprisingly clean.
