Yikes, $26 for a 2 hour visit for my toddler??? I love my child, but I'm not sure I love her enough to pay this kind of admission fee. It's a HUGE indoor playground with TONS to do, but my main deterrent would be the admission price. They also have a sign up indicating that they will be increasing prices as well. I wasnt impressed with the lack of staff presence on the floor. There were a LOT of bare footed kids AND parents, despite clear signage about their socks policy. There were also children still wearing their shoes, and an adult who climbed the lava slide IN HER BARE FEET even though there's a big sign that says no bare feet and no adults. The lack of parental presence with some of the kids is also quite disappointing, as one girl was quite pushy with anyone who tried to get into a play structure with her. Also, people who exit/ enter the playground area aren't very careful, leaving the gates open on a few occasions that I noticed. (as my toddler tried making a beeline out of these gates). Pretty cool that they have laser tag here (for an additional fee that's cheaper when purchased the same day as your visit). Cubbies for your shoes and jacket, but no lockers for valuables. They say no outside food/drink, but it didn't seem strictly enforced, as there were tons of water bottles there. Free parking out front. read more

It was my first time ever (especially during the pandemic ) doing a birthday party with my son's classmates & friends, and I was so excited to book a party room with 365 fundays theme park! However, their staffs were poorly trained to provide detailed information to customers especially I clearly mentioned that "my son's baseball class ends at 3:00pm so I only can book party room from 3:30 ~5:30pm!"~I mentioned at least twice since I didn't want to miss the baseball class! The staff didn't even mention their closing time at all, but the staff only told me that I need to pay half of the deposit and the invoice will be sent to my email! Until 3:15pm today while I was on my way to the facility, one of the staff told me that I will be losing 30mins of my booked time because they close at 5pm on time!!!!!!! The two hours party room costs CAD299+tax for six children & six adults! I invited 8 children &12 adults to my son's party so I need to pay at least extra 88 dollars + tax!!!! After the unpleasant explanation, the arrogant 365 fundays theme park only willing to give me CAD10 discount....(CAD299+tax divided by 4 equals 83.72! Every 30 mins they charged us at least 83.72, and they were only willing to give us 10 dollars discount? And it was not my fault that the staff didn't tell me they close at 5pm when I clearly mentioned I can only book the party room from 3:30pm to 5:30pm on the phone!) And kept sending people to kick us out of the facility right at 5pm! Basically, they just want to rob your money and not willing to make things right! They didn't even say sorry because they think it was just miscommunication!!!!! So why do customers have to suck up your mistakes? I am not coming back for sure, and I am going to tell all of my friends especially who have kids not to come if they are going to have any birthday party or any other kind of party! read more

We have been here a few times and have had a great time during our visits. Given how big the space is, I was pretty impressed with how clean it was. Our latest visit was during the 10am time slot and there was someone cleaning everything for the first 30 min which was good to see and a smart thing to do given that not many people show up for the first little bit. The place smelled clean which is always a good sign. Bathrooms are older...and the older a facility gets the harder it is for it to look squeaky clean. But it was in good shape when we went. No overflowing trash bins, everything was tidy, etc. In terms of the actual play structures, my kiddo is almost 3 and they can run around the whole place. If there's a lot of older kids, it might be a bit much for a little one. But during the morning session, they pretty much had the place to themselves with the odd kid or parent running by. It's three levels high and parents can enter the play structure which is great because I did want to monitor my kid going down bigger slides and whatnot. The ball pit was a highlight as well. There's a lot of options for younger kids as well, playhouses, push cars and blocks. I found my kid would wind down by playing with the stuff on the ground level which makes sense. Anyways, it's a little bit expensive but honestly a fun treat on a rainy day (and in retrospect, maybe it's the cost of how much cleaning they do between sessions. That, to me, makes it worth it). And every time we go, my kid is literally beaming with joy by the end of it. So it's worth it. read more

I don't know how this place has negative reviews.... I've visited this place few times before and at that time it was bit crowded but I was fascinated by how well everything was setup. This time we booked on Saturday afternoon for 2 hrs but it was not crowded at all, so I figured they limit the number of people per slot. Also I leaned that they clean for 30 min in between every sessions. I could tell this place is well cleaned and managed. This is the best indoor playground for toddler/kid so far. read more

Great place for the kids to run around and burn off some energy! The place is HUGE and spacious so it's good for social distancing. They have a limited play time and disinfect in between the designated play times, so you know they clean it well. They also have a limited amount of people they let in so it's not crowded at all. Great place to get my princess tired before her noon nap, an hour of playing in this cool indoor playground well worth the admission. $28 for the kid + 1 parent, additional adult $6, what a steal. We need more of these. While busy, it's tolerable. Wished there was real food instead of a cafe, hey, being a Yelper, we do look for these things lol. This is a great indoor place for kids to play in. There are lots of activities for kids. They have multiple slides. There is a toddler area that is great for younger children. The downside is the price. It is $28 for 1 child and 1 adult. An additional adult is $6. It can get quite expensive if you come here regularly though they do offer an annual pass for $3000 for 1 child and 2 adults. read more

Friend and I took our two year olds to this place yesterday. It was a busy Sunday. Everything was fine until we found a sharp pin on one of the trampolines. We took it to the front and showed it to the staff and a response we got was "oh it could just be a hair clip". REALLY? A hair clip? What an irresponsible answer! The staff looked very young too and we did not see any managers or supervisors on the floor. We will not be taking our kids to this place again. read more

Too pricey. Customer service is terrible today. Host took out fruit cake from 365 fundays' fridge to find out that the cake was melting away. The fresh cream was melting while cutting it so cake was falling apart. Guests were complaining cake was room temperature. Asked to speak to someone in charge, but instead got a teenager with little customer service experience to deal with situation. Kept on arguing that there wasnt anything wrong w/ their fridge. He did not even check before making assumption that their might be something faulty w/ fridge. Basically this teenager walker thru every excuse he can find to put host at fault. For example, he asked "is this ice cream, did you travel far w/ cake? If travelling only 5-10 mins away to get cake would not result in melting fresh cream fruit cake. I will never do a birthday party at 365fundays. Its a money grabbing establishment w/ irresponsible and ignorant workers. read more

Had my daughters 2nd birthday there. Was busy but it's a large play area so it wasn't so bad. Venue is clean but pricey. They have a freezer for ice cream cakes and they give you time to set-up. Usually most venues I've booked don't count the birthday child in the headcount but this place does. Actually this is the only place I've booked that does. Hence the 4 stars. At the price you book a party for, they really should let the birthday child in for free. Honestly speaking when you book a party at any other play gym facility they don't headcount the birthday child and they usually give a small gift like a free pass for future use. Go bananas and sky zone both did that for past parties I booked. read more

Fun and clean! Same day re-entries. Kids from 2-4 years all had a good time (2 hours). Decent wifi and cafe side. The indoor tubing was a hit. My kid and two nieces carried the tube up the stairs and slide down repeatedly. Good way to get them all tired out. read more
