The one thing that disappointed us was the attitude of the lady working there. She was not friendly at all, didn't even smile once during the 3 hours that we were there. There is zero customer service. When it came time to leave instead of giving us a 30 min reminder to usher the kids out, she went in at 6pm and shouted at everyone. I think this is very unnecessary as the kids were having fun. As parents we were already trying to get the kids out of the play area to the best of our ability, but kids don't necessarily respond well to yelling. I liked the venue, but won't be coming back. We came here to have fun, and this kind of customer service has definitely left a very negative impression for us.

There are also a handful of playground toys, rides, slides and other attractions, complete with foam padding, safety nets and flashing lights, guaranteed to attract their attention! Admission is $28 per child (with one "free" adult allowed to accompany them) with no time restrictions. Posters in the restrooms also advertise special "after-hours" events, such as a Nerf War night for 8+ year olds, which sounds like a blast, even for an old kid-at-heart like me! About the only thing to complain about would be the rather terse and aloof staff running the front desk and managing the expected intake forms and disclaimers - they could be a little more lively and upbeat, if you ask me. It was a late afternoon on a weekday and we were the only customers there for most of the visit. The one woman working the counter was nice and helped reposition some prizes. One of the toys we got was a Totoro that was very soft - quality seems good. I think you can have fun here, but I'd recommend walking the floor first to make sure you have the right expectations.

The teachers are all engaging, and they really take the time to connect with each child. Our daughter talks about the teachers all the time at home.
