This is a fine place to bring your kids when the weather is not cooperating. It was clean, and not crowded (we went on a Tuesday morning).

I am writing this to warn other parents about my experience at Summit Adventure Park today. If I…read morecould leave 0 stars I would, this place isn't just dangerous it needs to be shut down immediately! We had only been there for 20 minutes when I was approached by a manager who rudely demanded I stop taking photos of the facility. She was acting incredibly paranoid, accusing me of sending photos to a competitor(owner of mach1), and threatening to kick me out. It was clear she was more concerned about protecting the park's image than the safety of the children inside. The situation turned from unprofessional to dangerous when my daughter fell head-first into a large, gaping hole in the flooring near the ball pit. She began sliding into the void, and I had to physically jump and grab her legs to pull her out before she was seriously injured. When I brought this life-threatening hazard to the management's attention, they were not only dismissive but openly hostile. They had the audacity to blame my child for falling into an improperly marked hole, claiming that the minimal caution tape and cones were enough, and that fixing the structural issues was 'too hard.' After I advocated for my daughter's safety, the manager became aggressive, used profanity, and threatened to call the police to have me trespassed simply for speaking up. They forced us to leave early and refused to address the crumbling state of their facility. Do not bring your children here. The facility is physically unsafe, and the management prioritizes silence and 'image control' over the safety of the kids in their care. I have documented the hazards and the incident with photos and video, and I am reporting this to the proper authorities.

Stuck around as my youngest was attending a birthday party this afternoon from 1-3:30…read more Cloris was my favourite staffer and go-to gal for things like an extra bin for overflow birthday presents, cups for water (and she brought me a stack which I appreciated as forward-thinking because I could leave them for the other parents in our group too), and she was extra patient with my kid when he was choosing a prize with his tickets. For the most part, I really like the systems here that made the party run fairly smoothly. Our party host staffer (didn't catch her name but she had the coolest purple shoes) was super helpful in distributing food, assisting with cake cutting, refilling pitchers, quickly cleaning up after spills and proactively dealing with cupcake leftovers being put in the fridge. Three things I'd maybe suggest could run differently: 1) have coloured wristbands assigned to party rooms so that you can tell instantly who belongs to your party group. Like at one point, we had a random little girl asking for tokens from our party host, and then a little boy just sat himself down at our party table eating food and blending in until our host mom said, "Who is this kid??" And then a minute later his mom found him! The parents thought it was hilarious. The staff also have neon shirts so maybe you can match party host to wristband colours. If this system already exists, I didn't notice and only thought of it now. 2) For bumper car passes and tokens, it would be good if birthday party kids got an allotment with their socks at the start when you sign in at the front desk. The less that parent hosts have to worry about, the better. The thing where each kid signs in and chooses hot dog or pizza is fantastic. Our host mom thought she'd have to take care of that and was relieved not to. 3) For saying goodbye and around retrieving their shoes, that could be the time and location that party hosts can give out their goodie bags. It's just a little awkward that there's no specific place to do that. I appreciated not having to sign a waiver but that's probably not the greatest for the establishment's purposes. I also appreciated not having to pay entry fee as an adult even though I was prepared to pay. But then again, encouraging parents to stay without charging them means they're okay with waiting around for their kid, being around to supervise as opposed to dropping off and leaving, and like one parent I saw, will buy food. Overall, the place seemed clean and with good air flow. The play area is large and there was a garage door open so I felt safe enough not to have to wear a mask which I really liked. The party rooms are large with high ceilings. I usually wear a mask in the classroom because of a low ceiling. It was about half full and there was lots of space for parents to gather at tables and hang out to wait for their kids. I don't know that I'd be back on my own because my oldest might feel too old for the climbing part, but the youngest had a wonderful time.

If you win a big prize, the games all do not pay out the tickets and staff only refund in tokens. So it is very rigged and only worthwhile if you want to donate to the house. Many of the games were not working and would eat more tokens and you cannot get them back unless you go through the hassle at the front desk. The younger kids would not notice these details, but I did spend $20 worth of tokens for 3 chocolate Easter eggs.

Yikes, $26 for a 2 hour visit for my toddler??? I love my child, but I'm not sure I love her…read moreenough to pay this kind of admission fee. It's a HUGE indoor playground with TONS to do, but my main deterrent would be the admission price. They also have a sign up indicating that they will be increasing prices as well. I wasnt impressed with the lack of staff presence on the floor. There were a LOT of bare footed kids AND parents, despite clear signage about their socks policy. There were also children still wearing their shoes, and an adult who climbed the lava slide IN HER BARE FEET even though there's a big sign that says no bare feet and no adults. The lack of parental presence with some of the kids is also quite disappointing, as one girl was quite pushy with anyone who tried to get into a play structure with her. Also, people who exit/ enter the playground area aren't very careful, leaving the gates open on a few occasions that I noticed. (as my toddler tried making a beeline out of these gates). Pretty cool that they have laser tag here (for an additional fee that's cheaper when purchased the same day as your visit). Cubbies for your shoes and jacket, but no lockers for valuables. They say no outside food/drink, but it didn't seem strictly enforced, as there were tons of water bottles there. Free parking out front.

What an absolute nightmare. Please read before booking a birthday party at this venue…read more We booked our 8 year olds birthday party here including him and 7 friends. My wife booked the standard birthday package with them which had pricing confirmed via email with them. Once we arrived, they tried to charge us an additional $85 for upsized pizza, bringing outside food option, and additional 30 minutes jump time, all of which was declined. We told them we never booked any of this and emphasized we declined all extras when asked. Eventually. They reviewed and agreed that we didn't book the extras but claimed we did book additional time. (We did not). We were told that unless we paid the full amount which we could dispute later, the kids could not begin jumping. The front desk attendant was genuinely sympathetic and professional, but could not reach their manager for a while. Then, we were told we could speak to the manager via phone (nobody was on site who could make any changes which is wild). Then, we were told the manager is actually too busy at the moment and we could only communicate via email. Eventually, we had to pay to get the kids jumping about 10 minutes late past their start time, even though we were there 30 minutes early. Again, the actual staff here were genuinely helpful and understanding, but the management is basically non existent to correct their own mistake in an urgent situation. We couldn't even cancel at this point, as 7 parents had dropped their children off in our care. I can't stress enough. DO NOT BOOK HERE unless you want to be put in a really bad situation and essentially have the experience ruined. I will update this review once (or if) we finally reach a manager with the final outcome. Update: The manager responded the following morning to my email defensively with seemingly no desire to resolve the issue which is really disappointing. See below response. For context, my wife was the one that booked the event and we were together through the experience. Hello Ryan, Unfortunately you are not the person who booked the event, nor had any communication regarding the event until now, which limits your involvement to the details of the booking. We removed the upsize pizza fee and the food fee as a customer service gesture, as they were items initially requested. As per our Terms we do not allow for cancellation of time or space orientated items, such as extra jump time. Because you chose to take action and create a review rather than reaching out to us first, it is our position that the review takes precedent over any further customer service gesture we would have been willing to make. I do thank you for your visit.

DO NOT BOOK A PARTY or EVENT HERE…read more JUSTIN MARTI IS THE WORST MANAGER I'VE EVER MET. He is rude and condescending, talked down to my wife AND over her, often gas-lighting her when she brought up issues with his attitude. Then did the same to me and other guests in my party. He's a bully, tries to emotionally intimidate you. Look at my timeline below to see what kind of person he is. I looked through all the reviews on this site, and noted that his name is brought up over and over again, but you'll also see that he tries to defend himself, often trying to blame customers instead of taking responsibility. I can only imagine this is a pattern of behaviour that he thinks will gain him success. Given that he's an angry 30+ year old stuck in a dead end job managing a trampoline park, I feel sorry for him. He's probably tried to get another job but this is the only one that allows him to flex his "dominance and control". I run a business and if any employee of mine (let alone a manager) had talked to any of my clients the way that he did - he'd be gone in a second. From the reviews though I can tell that management, condones, if not encourages this type of aggressive behaviour from him. I encourage anyone that's had the same issue I've had to contact consumer protection BC (https://www.consumerprotectionbc.ca/complaint-assistant/) and report the incident. If you've experienced racism from him (which many reviews have indicted) you can also report him to Human Rights BC (https://www.bchrt.bc.ca/) . I've also included other reviews where you can obviously tell that Justin is replying back to all the complaints - you should note his micro-agression toward women, and multiple reviews indicating his racism - seems to me when multiple people are calling him out for the same thing, it's probably because there's a ring of truth to it, but that's my opinion. Keep in mind, I have receipts, video, and multiple witnesses - heck even the other staff members themselves to corroborate my story, though I'm sure Justin will make something up to justify his actions. I've included a screenshot of the video. After doing some research, he's worked with EAP since at least 2017 (public information) and in the same role. It's a wonder that he's never been promoted. One other thing to note is that this place is disgustingly filthy, used socks left all over the place, the smell is atrocious, bathrooms had vomit on the floor, - I've taken photos and am also filing a case with Fraser Health. Before our event, I received conflicting information about the party room access. When I raised concerns, the response was curt and dismissive. Things escalated when the manager, Justin, called my wife and spoke to her in an aggressive, condescending tone that left her visibly shaken. When I followed up, he doubled down, blamed us, and eventually hung up on me. At the venue, Justin was even more confrontational--making sarcastic comments like "I don't need to give you therapy" and "I made up that rule for you" when questioned about a surprise payment policy change. He refused to honor the original credit card payment, forcing us to pay again with debit and delaying a refund for over 30 minutes. Multiple guests and even uninvolved parents witnessed and called out his behavior. He threatened to cancel our pizza order when others spoke up. A staff member later apologized privately, admitting "he's known to be like that," which only confirmed our experience. What should've been a fun celebration turned into an unnecessarily stressful and upsetting ordeal.
