TOTAL DISASTER!! The pink hair guy at the front desk named Ronald forgot to call me to take the deposit. When we were trying to resolve this problem at the time the party was supposed to start, he physically pushed me and verbally abused me in front of my 3 children and other children guests aged from 4-7 years old. Traumatized us and ruined my 7 year old son's birthday. He yelled at us "get out" and called us transpassing. After he physically pushed me, he even had the nerve to call the RCMP on us. None of us has laid a finger on him nor raised our voice louder than his. He is twice of my size. All the kids got scared and my son kept asking why he didn't want us to go in and have his birthday party. Ronald didn't say sorry or show any gesture of being apologetic. Even the cops said happy birthday to my son and gave us his name for us to make complains. DO NOT WAIST A PENNY AT THIS PLACE! The owner and Ronald don't deserve any business. They are liars, irresponsible, incompassionate. Google to see the accidents that had happened in Extreme Air Park Richmond location. They don't get so many one star google reviews for no reason.

My son had a birthday party here and all kids had so much fun! Highly recommend it. Super noisy inside but that's also why kids love it.

False advertising for their birthday party package! The website says it's $216 for eight kids to have a trampoline park party! Food and cake included! Clean up included! Here's what you actually get: -An hour in the trampoline park, which isn't much time for over $200. Want a measly half hour more? That's $46. -"Food included" means one medium cheese Freshslice pizza (for eight kids!) and a can of coke. Want toppings? That's extra. Make it a large? That's extra. Want a second medium cheese pizza? That's $28. Want to bring some fruit because having only cheese pizza and pop for lunch is pretty lame? THAT'S TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS to cut up your own fruit and serve it. Apparently it's because it takes "extra clean up" for the fruit. Right. (I attached a picture of how we left the party room after our "extra mess".) One more sting: your $28 cheese pizza is served cold. -The cake is a DQ ice cream cake. Unlike the pizza, this is served warm and melty. The candles are from the dollar store and can barely be lit by the crappy paper matches. Glad we brought our own. -"Birthday shout out for the birthday kid!" Never happened. Total for eight kids to jump for an hour and a half and eat cold pizza: just over $300. When I questioned the ridiculous "outside food" charge for the container of fruit, the girl told me "it's on their website" (it's not, even she couldn't find where) and they "don't give refunds, ever". Never again. I'm telling you this because they won't - it's not on the website, the guy who called to confirm my booking didn't tell me, and the girls behind the counter didn't mention it. Interestingly, the place was empty on a Sunday in February - I guess enough people have been ripped off by Extreme Air Park, and are telling their friends.

    It's just Nezuko ok!

It's fun I am going there on Sunday so see ya there....it's so fun but expensive so I hope u make the price lower please do thank u

Spring break with 3 kids and this place was fantastic! We went on a Tuesday & landed a great price for unlimited jump time (although the kids were done after 2 hrs). I feel like it was a good value & the kids had a great time. The facility was clean & seemed well maintained. I liked the viewing areas to check out my brood & there is free WiFi! We have been several times before & will certainly return. A great active family-friendly activity.

    Your ONLY water supply.

I need to warn others. We had a kids birthday party there yesterday. The cost was over 200 dollars for a couple of hours. Some non so great pizza and ice cream cake. BTW, the ice cream cake comes with a tasteless advertisement sprayed right over the top leaving very little room for your child's name to go. Call me crazy but your stupid ad on the cake I just bought isnt going to encourage me to go there again. Now, non of what I listed above made me sit and write this. This did: THERE IS NO WATER FOUNTAIN. This is a place you jump and sweat, big time and you are not allowed to bring drinks with you, not supplied cups to share the drinks you purchase. There is no sink to refill the water bottle you buy from the machine. They took away that sink apparently. You go to speak with the staff and they can do nothing but apologize for the a##hole owners decisions. You're ONLY option is buying water at 2.50$ a small from the machine. So, be warned. This family will not be returning. Ever.

Well the place was neat and clean. Lighting style was unique but the arcade is pretty outdated. Will visit again.

If I…read morecould leave 0 stars I would, this place isn't just dangerous it needs to be shut down immediately! We had only been there for 20 minutes when I was approached by a manager who rudely demanded I stop taking photos of the facility. She was acting incredibly paranoid, accusing me of sending photos to a competitor(owner of mach1), and threatening to kick me out. It was clear she was more concerned about protecting the park's image than the safety of the children inside. The situation turned from unprofessional to dangerous when my daughter fell head-first into a large, gaping hole in the flooring near the ball pit. She began sliding into the void, and I had to physically jump and grab her legs to pull her out before she was seriously injured. When I brought this life-threatening hazard to the management's attention, they were not only dismissive but openly hostile. They had the audacity to blame my child for falling into an improperly marked hole, claiming that the minimal caution tape and cones were enough, and that fixing the structural issues was 'too hard.' After I advocated for my daughter's safety, the manager became aggressive, used profanity, and threatened to call the police to have me trespassed simply for speaking up. They forced us to leave early and refused to address the crumbling state of their facility. Do not bring your children here. The facility is physically unsafe, and the management prioritizes silence and 'image control' over the safety of the kids in their care. I have documented the hazards and the incident with photos and video, and I am reporting this to the proper authorities.

It's a HUGE indoor playground with TONS to do, but my main deterrent would be the admission price. They also have a sign up indicating that they will be increasing prices as well. I wasnt impressed with the lack of staff presence on the floor. There were a LOT of bare footed kids AND parents, despite clear signage about their socks policy. There were also children still wearing their shoes, and an adult who climbed the lava slide IN HER BARE FEET even though there's a big sign that says no bare feet and no adults. The lack of parental presence with some of the kids is also quite disappointing, as one girl was quite pushy with anyone who tried to get into a play structure with her. Also, people who exit/ enter the playground area aren't very careful, leaving the gates open on a few occasions that I noticed. (as my toddler tried making a beeline out of these gates). Pretty cool that they have laser tag here (for an additional fee that's cheaper when purchased the same day as your visit). Cubbies for your shoes and jacket, but no lockers for valuables. They say no outside food/drink, but it didn't seem strictly enforced, as there were tons of water bottles there. Free parking out front.

What an absolute nightmare. Please read before booking a birthday party at this venue…read more We booked our 8 year olds birthday party here including him and 7 friends. My wife booked the standard birthday package with them which had pricing confirmed via email with them. Once we arrived, they tried to charge us an additional $85 for upsized pizza, bringing outside food option, and additional 30 minutes jump time, all of which was declined. We told them we never booked any of this and emphasized we declined all extras when asked. Eventually. They reviewed and agreed that we didn't book the extras but claimed we did book additional time. (We did not). We were told that unless we paid the full amount which we could dispute later, the kids could not begin jumping. The front desk attendant was genuinely sympathetic and professional, but could not reach their manager for a while. Then, we were told we could speak to the manager via phone (nobody was on site who could make any changes which is wild). Then, we were told the manager is actually too busy at the moment and we could only communicate via email. Eventually, we had to pay to get the kids jumping about 10 minutes late past their start time, even though we were there 30 minutes early. Again, the actual staff here were genuinely helpful and understanding, but the management is basically non existent to correct their own mistake in an urgent situation. We couldn't even cancel at this point, as 7 parents had dropped their children off in our care. I can't stress enough. DO NOT BOOK HERE unless you want to be put in a really bad situation and essentially have the experience ruined. I will update this review once (or if) we finally reach a manager with the final outcome. Update: The manager responded the following morning to my email defensively with seemingly no desire to resolve the issue which is really disappointing. See below response. For context, my wife was the one that booked the event and we were together through the experience. Hello Ryan, Unfortunately you are not the person who booked the event, nor had any communication regarding the event until now, which limits your involvement to the details of the booking. We removed the upsize pizza fee and the food fee as a customer service gesture, as they were items initially requested. As per our Terms we do not allow for cancellation of time or space orientated items, such as extra jump time. Because you chose to take action and create a review rather than reaching out to us first, it is our position that the review takes precedent over any further customer service gesture we would have been willing to make. I do thank you for your visit.
