I don't see the appeal of places like this, but I guess it's fun for some people. Through the lens of a parent, I can see why some people stage birthday parties and youth events here. It's a huge space where you can let your kid loose for an hour or more. A good way for your Adderall-addicted kid to release pent-up rage without killing themselves. Almost every surface is covered in trampolines, although you can not bounce on the hard edges of the individual trampolines. Psychedelic neon lights may induce seizures, and loud music may make you go deaf. There are some obstacle course activities and climbing challenges for the more adventurous. There's even a foam pit you can jump into if you don't care too much about germs. Staff were not exactly charismatic or enthusiastic about working there. That said, they tried their best to prep the kids and relay terms of service and liabilities beforehand. I asked my kid if she'd like to go there again, and she said no. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE BULLIED, me and my friend went here to have fun. I'm giving it 2 stars because we had fun overall. EXCEPT, this one kid in the dodgeball area. His friend said they are playing for fun, but I said this is competitive. They weren't sitting out when they got hit. TOTAL DISASTER!! The pink hair guy at the front desk named Ronald forgot to call me to take the deposit. When we were trying to resolve this problem at the time the party was supposed to start, he physically pushed me and verbally abused me in front of my 3 children and other children guests aged from 4-7 years old. Traumatized us and ruined my 7 year old son's birthday. He yelled at us "get out" and called us transpassing. After he physically pushed me, he even had the nerve to call the RCMP on us. None of us has laid a finger on him nor raised our voice louder than his. He is twice of my size. All the kids got scared and my son kept asking why he didn't want us to go in and have his birthday party. Ronald didn't say sorry or show any gesture of being apologetic. Even the cops said happy birthday to my son and gave us his name for us to make complains. DO NOT WAIST A PENNY AT THIS PLACE! The owner and Ronald don't deserve any business. Me, 10 years old, got a brain concussion because someone in the 3D dodgeball place hit me with a ball. Here's what you actually get: -An hour in the trampoline park, which isn't much time for over $200. Want a measly half hour more? That's $46. -"Food included" means one medium cheese Freshslice pizza (for eight kids!) and a can of coke. Want toppings? That's extra. Make it a large? That's extra. Want a second medium cheese pizza? That's $28. Want to bring some fruit because having only cheese pizza and pop for lunch is pretty lame? THAT'S TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS to cut up your own fruit and serve it. Apparently it's because it takes "extra clean up" for the fruit. Right. I came here for my friend's 7th birthday party this past Saturday... okay he's "28" but born on a leap year on Feb. 29! I had always wanted to come to one of these trampoline parks because it looked like a blast. I was a bit apprehensive at first because of all the poor reviews. First, there were a few reviews complaining about a price discrepancy. This actually wasn't the case surprisingly. It was $14 for an hour and after the mandatory socks and tax it was just under $18 per person. The socks were probably a good idea as they had the grip which definitely helped. Secondly... yes it reeks like your old hockey gear or a big fat armpit but hey you get used to it. Inside the park they have: - Regular trampolines - Long distance trampolines - "Half Pipe" trampolines - Trampoline basketball hoops - Trampoline into a gigantic foam pit - Trampoline dodgeball We had no idea it was going to happen but we were there for all of the cosmic hour. This is when they turned out the normal lights and turned on the black lights so that everything was glowing. In other words, making a relatively dangerous place extremely dangerous since it was really dark. Just think of the hyper little kids running around on trampolines having no consideration for others, and then have those kids doing what they were doing in darkness. Seriously one giant injury factory. Ironically, it was a friend of mine who was just there for 10 minutes and ended up breaking his leg due to an ill fated jump... :/ he went to the ER and required surgery the next day..!! The staff do they best they can so I don't blame them. I actually find it quite courageous that they can tolerate your kids yelling, screaming, bouncing, etc without quitting on the spot. I don't know how long I could last working there so give them a break. Overall, a trampoline park is inherently dangerous. Can they do more for safety? Probably. But at the same time I think the staff are doing what they can for the amount they probably get paid. Ok, it's COVID. We came here because Apex is closed. So it's hard not to compare. At first, it wasn't that great. It is understaffed. There is one guy working the counter and a line up of people trying to pay and also this is the same guy explaining the rules and answering the phone. So about 20 minutes to get in and there were only a few people ahead of us. Yes, you need to buy new socks every time.. you can't reuse them. Instead of the coloured bracelet system, it's a sticker with your end time on it. No one is really enforcing it so it's kind of the honour system. The viewing area is tiny, only about 2-3 adults can sit there socially distanced. Due to COVID, the large foam pit was closed and the half pipe area. And first thing I notice is that there isn't any staff watching to ensure safety or enforcing Covid rules. You're pretty much in your own. There were 3 Bubble soccer things that my kids LOVED. But they don't get sanitized. There is a girl who appears to be sanitizing the place but it's Windex.. probably not high grade disinfectant. Maybe it's just the Windex spray bottle but the fluid was blue. Now the kids -- they had a BLAST. The blue light surprise was awesome (Apex doesn't have it). If you come the first time, don't tell the kids so they will be surprised and freak out! They spent the whole two hours there and got all their energy out. The vending machines took the money because it was out of pop and the snacks were expired. But the guy was very nice and gave our money back for both items and put up Out Of Order signs promptly. Any service issues take awhile because he has to call the manager for every little thing including $3 vending machine refunds. But he worked hard and was super nice and chill about it all. So in the end, we would come back because the kids had fun and we know what to expect. It can definitely use improvements though. I've been warned about the service before from friends so I was prepared it. So here's your warning. Try not to compare it to Apex or you'll be disappointed. The Park's policy that is online doesn't match the policy what the employees go by. The workers are very young and they come off as they don't care. The customer service personnel needs to be up to date with the park's policy because things being said to the workers were based on the online site. They do have padding on places and the ceiling is higher and you won't tumble down a set of stairs. You can register for the hour or longer. Went here today with my cousins, had a great time! Reasonable prices and you get an hour and a half to jump which is more than enough time!! By the 15 minute mark you are sweating and panting! There's a lot of space so even if its busy theres a lot of things to do. We made up random games and enjoyed the area to flip in. The foam pit was fun because you can get pretty extreme but it was so hard to get out!! I would suggest bring your own water or Gatorade because its pretty expensive from the vending machines and you will need something to quench your thirst! Wear comfortable clothes, shorts, tshirt, tank tops because like I said, it gets hot! Bring as little as you can, the lockers are pretty small and $2 to rent so if u can avoid bringing a lot the better. I disagree with the first review, the place is pretty safe. They give you instructions and rules at the beginning and as long as you're sticking to them and not going crazy and being stupid the staff were pretty good and not bothersome. They were keeping an eye out, but not being too anal. I found it extremely safe considering the kind of place it is. My cousins were from age 7-35 and we all enjoyed and had a blast, as long as you're using common sense it shouldn't be a problem. The socks they provide have the grips on the bottom which definitely help and probably make it more safe than if it were bare feet. They obviously can't make the socks 100% fool proof for every persons needs which is why you need to be smart about what you're doing while jumping .... They are giant trampolines here! I highly DO NOT recommend this venue for any thing like a child's birthday party as you will be penalized if any of your guests are unable to attend. The front desk staff was rude and could not clearly explain their cancelation policy. Once we finally understood it, we learned that they expect people to cancel their reservations if the number of people in your group changes. Nobody can be added or taken off the reservation. Plus cancelations need to be made 1 week in advance or you lose your deposit. They clearly prefer to take drop ins rather than the people who committed to coming to their business. We lost our reservation and $100 deposit because only 7/15 people arrived (which we notified them about 24 hours in advance). If we all paid, which we all intended to do, they would have made more money. Instead they turned us away. I've never been anywhere that was designed for family fun that was that had such rigid and unrealistic reservation and cancelation policies. Their reservation is clearly a money grab as we could have not given a deposit and gotten better service. read more

Great facility, a new low for customer service. I should have trusted my instincts from the beginning when it was nearly impossible to contact the facility to book my large group. Once we showed up, it was disorganized, inflexible and inefficient. While a bit of confusion with my larger group was somewhat expected and could be forgiven, the rude, dismissive and arrogant attitude from the 'manager' was not. When I mentioned that I could potentially bring thousands of dollars worth of business to the facility and wasn't happy with the level of service, I was literally answered with a laugh and "I could care less- this place is packed 24/7!" Normally, I give the benefit of doubt before posting a negative review, as I understand the ramifications of bad PR, but Extremely Airpark Richmond compelled me inform others what they might be getting into. We were here last weekend for a friend's birthday, and really had no idea what to expect. Pros: random fun! Cons: a LOT of kids and no beer! It's a trampoline city with dodge ball, basketball hoops, and springy walls to bounce off of. Every so often, all the lights go off and things get cosmic, so make sure you wear light colours to get the best effect! The piece de resistance, however, is definitely the long trampoline tunnel ending in a large foam pit. It's a diving/jumping heaven - you can even belly flop here and not feel any pain. And trying to get out of the pit is a hundred laughs. The bigger you are, the more you sink into the foam blocks, so we adults struggled mightily! The cost was $15 for an hour, but it gets cheaper if you buy more time, and there are often deals on the weekdays. Tip: They have lockers, but it costs $2 to rent a lock, so bring your own lock if you have one. They had actually run out of locks when we got there, so the 10 of us had to squeeze all our valuables into one locker. read more

There were lots of kids breaking them and crashing in to my visually impaired son and nobody reminding the other kids of the rules... it was anarchy. I went here for my friend's 30th birthday. It was a friggin' blast! I want my next birthday to be here. My friends and I each got a pair of special socks to jump on all the trampolines. One room had a huge trampoline gauntlet and foam pit to jump into. There was also a section for trampoline dodge ball. At some point, all the lights turned off and the white light effects started. It was pretty wicked. There was also a section with basketball hoops, so you could slam dunk. In another room, there were just a bunch of smaller trampolines. You could jump from one to the other. Honestly, this place really brought out the kid in me, and holy moly can you work up a sweat! This is not just a good time but a good cardio workout!!! Ah to be a kid again....I've heard about this place from friends and when I had an opportunity to take my goddaughter and her brother (aged 6 and 7) I figured why not? We went on a Tuesday which is $18 unlimited air time. Ok seriously I don't know how anyone over the age of 16 can do "unlimited" airtime, I was bouncing for 15 minutes and was exhausted! But it was quite busy with kids aged from 5 to 45. It's a pretty decent sized activity area, and even though it was busy, there was lots of space to move around. The kids love it too, and could have bounced for hours. The foam pit was by far their favourite! A great place to go with kids, most definitely! For someone in their late 20s i have to say its kind of fun but you realize very quickly how much your body has changed since you were 10 and lithe. 2 fears: injuring myself, and injuring some kid and looking like a jerk for hurting someone half my size. Unfortunately for my friend, the former happened and he ended up breaking his foot in two places and is now out of commission for the foreseeable future. Overall great place to bring kids and tire them out. If youre a big kid like me beware the siren song of the deadly foam pit. It seems friendly enough but jump in too far and you are going to have one heck of a time getting back out. Seriously, you can and will lose your sock/glasses/dignity trying to fight your way out of the super soft foam blocks. An hour of jumping cost just under 18 bux and includes socks and a smile.
