However, when I expressed to the lady at the front desk today, November 13, that this credit was supposed to be given 3 weeks ago on October 23, 2023, she rushed to the end the conversation and hung up on me. I understand it was a holiday but maybe don't pick up the phone if you're just going to refuse me service?

The life guards were not doing their job and didn't notice my nephew drowning then grab onto me which made me drownd, but luckily I was able to get on to my back to get us safely to the edge of the pool where we could breathe and get all of the water out of our bodies. Now here we are 2 months later and my nephew won't go in the water again because he said "the life guards don't do their job" and is afraid of drowning again. BTW, a life guard did see us, she was casually strolling towards us as we got to the edge of the pool and just asked us if we were ok, as the pool water gushed out of our noses and mouthes. I did make a formal complaint but nothing came it. I also recently spoke with a guard for advice on how to support him with his trauma and the guard said to give him a floating device. So, its hopeless to expect them to care, because they don't.

The office closes half an hour before the facility close, and they are also closed on Statutory Holidays. They have a library there too and a park on the other side of the street. The gym is decent but the weight section seems jam packed full of equipment, which makes it difficult to move around and such when it's busy. The staff and trainers were all just kind of hanging out talking to each other but still helpful (A trainer came to help me when he noticed me staring at a machine with a confused look on my face and he didn't even make me feel stupid because I didn't know how to use it!) Standard sign up sheets for cardio machines but no one seems to really take notice, it was basically just grab whatever s available. The pool is huge and great. Loved the steam room and sauna, as they are both clean and spacious. Changing rooms are very large. The pool area is pretty empty if you go late morning/ early afternoon but the gym seems to always be busy. The restaurant boasts "fresh homemade snacks" on their website but I've only ever seen them serving hot dogs, hamburgers and sometimes those prepackaged sandwiches.

The pool has 25m swimming lanes, 2 diving boards, warmer non lane swimming pool, big hot tub, steam room and sauna. The best part is $2 swim nights. From 9-10pm at it's $2 to go for a swim. They also have family swims on Sunday and Monday evenings they are earlier for $2. This is the reason why I'm there so often. Change rooms are ok, can be a little dirty at the end of a day but I'm used to that now. Also even though there are "no shoes" signs everywhere you can bring dedicated pool shoes like flip flops as long as they are clean. Don't be that guy that walks in with your dirty shoes on!

However, the squash courts are not well kept (the side walls feel like brick walls) - Tennis courts are $25.76/hour - Dedicated cycling studio - Men's locker room randomly has a dry sauna Bad - Archaic booking system (no online booking available for squash/tennis courts). You need to call right at 6:00am to book tennis courts. - Men's shower facilities don't have any soap - The front staff are clueless - Small, cramped gym

Most of these walkabouts have been combined with my early-morning walks within, and throughout the adjoining 'Park'. Spring came, 'sprung', and viewings of changes - especially within the gardens - have been so interesting, and enjoyable to see and capture. A well-kept, and such a lovely spot in the neighbourhood, to stop by for an outside look!!
