It's located in the back end of crash crawleys where the entrance used to be as well as the old laser tag area. We went on a Tuesday evening and booked online. There was another group so they would go in for a game (10 minute time frame) and it worked out perfectly so that when they were taking a break, our group went in for 10 minutes. I have not had this much fun since I was a kid during recess and oh my god what a workout!! So much fun and reasonably priced! There was a girl on staff that evening helping us out- I wish I had got her name because she was a rockstar setting everything up for us. Definitely book online and bring your friends and family.

The office closes half an hour before the facility close, and they are also closed on Statutory Holidays. They have a library there too and a park on the other side of the street. The life guards were not doing their job and didn't notice my nephew drowning then grab onto me which made me drownd, but luckily I was able to get on to my back to get us safely to the edge of the pool where we could breathe and get all of the water out of our bodies. Now here we are 2 months later and my nephew won't go in the water again because he said "the life guards don't do their job" and is afraid of drowning again. BTW, a life guard did see us, she was casually strolling towards us as we got to the edge of the pool and just asked us if we were ok, as the pool water gushed out of our noses and mouthes. I did make a formal complaint but nothing came it. I also recently spoke with a guard for advice on how to support him with his trauma and the guard said to give him a floating device. So, its hopeless to expect them to care, because they don't.

We received the last few passes to attend the class and rushed upstairs to attend. Our instructor waited a few minutes for everyone to get settled before beginning the class and just like that we were off. As one song became another and the sweat started flowing it was apparent that our instructor really enjoyed the music and leading the class. It certainly didn't come naturally to me but in this case I think it's all about the rhythm, enjoyment and exercise. I would absolutely return for another class here. The gym is decent but the weight section seems jam packed full of equipment, which makes it difficult to move around and such when it's busy. The staff and trainers were all just kind of hanging out talking to each other but still helpful (A trainer came to help me when he noticed me staring at a machine with a confused look on my face and he didn't even make me feel stupid because I didn't know how to use it!) Standard sign up sheets for cardio machines but no one seems to really take notice, it was basically just grab whatever s available. The pool is huge and great. Loved the steam room and sauna, as they are both clean and spacious. Changing rooms are very large. The pool area is pretty empty if you go late morning/ early afternoon but the gym seems to always be busy. The restaurant boasts "fresh homemade snacks" on their website but I've only ever seen them serving hot dogs, hamburgers and sometimes those prepackaged sandwiches.
