She's on top of cooler maintenance (for climate-controlled units) getting them regularly serviced/cleaned, makes sure the grounds are spotless and pest free. (Never saw/smelled evidence of rodents.) Customer service, facility management: 5 out of 5 for Delores. The Storage King units (Coca Cola Dr.) were the best quality for large drive-up/climate-controlled storage I found in the Orange Grove, Thorneydale, Cortaro area. (Looked into four facilities May 2024.) SK for site/drive-up unit quality: 5 out of 5. Always felt the facility was safe and secure: 5 out of 5 Regarding rental rates: my contract with SK began June 28, 2024. Oct. 28 rent was raised 20%. July 1, 2025 - 39% - I concluded the lease at this time. Considered leaving at the first rate hike, but stayed 8 months longer because moving is a hassle, because of the excellent customer service, and unit quality. If it wasn't for the agreeable relationship I had with Delores and facility quality I would've vacated by Nov. I realize insurance, taxes, utilities, like everything else - has insanely increased. Still, these rate hikes were just too much for me. The solution is to minimize - to not keep any thing that ends up being stored. Far easier said than done.

We live in house with serious storage needs and required just a little help until we could build shelves and a shed. The staff was courteous, polite, professional, and helpful. They gave me thorough tour of all the available options. There were no surprises: they explained that the units were externally facing and not self-enclosed, so they advised expecting some desert dust to get in periodically. We were fine -- I covered everything with tarps, garbage bags, or just left it uncovered for things we could brush off. I've seen the other review about infestations but found no invasive desert species in my unit. My stuff was dusty but fine. I was impressed by the security as well. As we prepared to clear out our unit, I forgot to replace the lock on the door. I was called promptly after the evening security check to confirm the status. Since I had emptied the unit that day and was paid up, the agent quickly and efficiently canceled the theft report, closed up my contract, and ceased my automatic billing to avoid mischarging. Basically, it was straightforward and professional. They were straight with me about what to expect and I feel like I got my money's worth. If we're ever in a jam like that again for space, I would rent from them again.

I have had the WORST experience with Public Storage in Marana near the outlets. From the beginning,…read morethis place has been nothing but problems and terrible customer service. When I first rented my unit, I brought my own lock. I was told I HAD to purchase their lock first and that they would refund me afterward. It made absolutely no sense, but I agreed because I had no other option at the time. That refund process turned into a nightmare. After waiting three weeks with no refund, I called and even went into the office in person. I was then told a CHECK had been mailed to me -- even though I paid with a card. This was back on January 15th, and to this day I have STILL never received that check. Trying to get answers from the facility staff is impossible because nobody seems to know anything. Every time they "reach out to the district manager," nothing gets resolved and nobody follows up. The only slight help I received came after calling the corporate office directly. Now the problems continue. This month they charged me for April and then charged May early, causing my bank account to overdraft. After THEIR mistake caused overdraft issues, they then added fees to my account on top of it. To make matters worse, the current manager accused me of FRAUD and claimed I previously had an account there -- which is impossible because I literally just moved to Arizona in January of this year. I can and filing a complaint with the BBB. After reading other reviews, it's obvious I am not the only customer dealing with these issues. BEWARE of Public Storage in Marana.
