I could get on the property at 6am but had no access to the carts needed to move belongings in and out of my storage. All the the carts were locked up. So I had to wait until 9am for staff to get on site to take my ID in exchange for a key to a cart. I went recently at 9am and there was no staff on site. I waited until 9:15am and called to ask for help acquiring a cart. After 3 calls and leaving messages with no return call I took action. I removed one side of the cart handle, freed the cart and used it to move all of my belongings out. I had planned to only get a few items out. But after having such an frustrating experience, I decided to take the entire day to get away from such a horribly managed company. 1) No customer service. 2) They boost prices at will. 3) Trash everywhere. I will not give business company's using this new model of rudeness. Vote with your wallets!

Do not rent a storage unit from Enterprise Self Storage after reading this…read more The Enterprise Self Storage is the worst storage unit because they allow food and drink/juices companies to be storing various food and drink juices inside the storage units which you will see unmarked white moving or splinter vans shipping crates and crates full of various juices into the storage units Storing various juices that are sweet full of sugars attract rats, bugs, etc which Enterprise storage employees don't care 100% when you file a complaint or even email back and forth with the corporate office staff doesn't do nothing all It says it on the storage lease and agreements you are NOT allowed to store food, juices or drink inside the storage unit because it attracts rats, bugs, etc and they allow it at all of Enterprise Self Storage locations If you ever complain about another tenant that is renting a storage unit that is violating the storage unit lease, Enterprise storage unit will NEVER give you a discount for being inconvenienced from your time and money. This is why I don't like enterprise storage unit because their staff and employees are 100% unprofessional and allow other tenants renting storage units to be 100% VIOLATING the storage lease rules and guidelines

What truly made my experience exceptional was the manager, Connor. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, guiding me through the storage options available to suit my needs. Connor took the time to explain the features of the facility, and patiently answered all my questions while giving me a tour showing me several units and sizes available making the entire process seamless. His friendly demeanor and professionalism set a wonderful tone from the start. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. There was a unit available to accommodate my needs, and with the security measures in place I felt comfortable in renting from them. Although I didn't have the need they also rent U-Haul trucks. Overall, I highly recommend StorCal Self Storage for anyone in the Woodland Hills area! If you have the chance to work with Connor, you're in great hands. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This place is a gem!
