I've been visiting and calling about a unit for alittle over a week. Other sites have been calling me regarding my move in. Move in was promised today and unit has yet to be cleaned out. I understand the turn of property but Stacey is unable to assist me due to upper's management (Corporate) coming today and there's stuff she has to do before they get there. After Andrew had given the okay to clear unit. Ms. Rewis if I'm not mistaken is the DM told me I can clean it and she's been assisting me on trying to get you in as a resident. Stacy is not allowing me to even after DM instructed her that I can assist with cleaning out your own unit to move in!! Stacy mentioned to Andrew that my vacation was coming to an end and needed to transfer unit prior to going back to work. Andrew and Ms. Rewis approved items to be moved out into a unit that they have to reach out to a vendor. If I am assisting on the process and was approved by management, I didn't see an issue. I understand they are going through a takeover as I am a Property Manager myself. The answer given to me was we don't know when they can get to it and I can go to another property. Ridiculous. This property is convenient for me. This is actually ridiculous that a takeover property should have had all units trash out if declared the management and/or abandoned. Hopefully this gets to someone that can handle as quick as possible.

I just did this move 3 months in February, now they are jumping my rent for June. Loyalty is no longer rewarded. In June, my rent will be $214.78 per month for my unit, but I can move to another unit; same size; same facility, and pay $115 per month. Looks like I'll be moving to another unit in a couple weeks, but I'll be on the look out for a completely new facility in the meantime.

Called a few hours later to say they were close to my place and would be there soon. Had to call back again to say it was not my day. I was moving 1 month away. They were sorry. Moving day they did not wrap my furniture and put a 7 inch scratch on my dining table. They left 2 big nuts and bolts laying next to my headboard and I have no idea where they go. They did put plastic around one end of my coffee table because I advised them that the top pulled up so you can eat or work on computer and it slid back down. They must have let it flip open and the screws were stripped and could not be fixed. I was only able to screw in a few screws and cannot use it because I'm afraid it will collapse. My mattress was put on upside down and being 70 it was extremely difficult for me to get it off and flip it. The one guy let me know in conversation that his first day on the job he wore flip flops. My friends were right when they said I should have cancelled them when they were a month early and called again to say they were close. I did tell them that night when I got home from work that I was really concerned about still using them. I do not and would not ever recommend them to anyone.

***REVIEW UPDATE***…read more Two months later, the owner himself, Sam, contacted me on June 25th regarding my terrible experience. He stated that he absolutely had no idea any of this happened nor did his staff inform him about it. Initially, I was livid and accepted all my losses from this so no matter how much he apologized to me, it wasn't going to solve the money I spent to replace my items. However, he took full accountability for his staff and their actions and did not try to make excuses. Not only that, he financially went above and beyond to fix the issue. He was sincere and truly wanted the chance to earn my business back, therefore it was only right for me to update my review and be fair as this business owner works hard to maintain his five star ratings. I love supporting small businesses and it doesn't always turn out with great news in the end, but I'm glad that we were able to come to a mutual agreement in a respectful adult manner. The absolute WORST moving experience ever. I was moving from one bedroom apartment within the same community across the street and had everything boxed up and ready to go except for a total of 7-8 large items such as couch, coffee table and de-assembled bed parts. They called me ahead and arrived right on time which was very promising until the move started. The guy that owns the moving truck is very nice and professional, but the other worker that was with him was nice also, but he was useless and continued to be on his cell phone during this move the entire time until I started picking items up myself to speed things up. He then broke my glass on my coffee table which I was upset about but I know things happen, so I didn't make a deal since they said it will be replaced. Hours later, I noticed my dresser with a huge crack and damaged during and they left items on the truck such as a lamp, curtain rod, and led closet light that I even asked for to be double checked at the end. I had to text the guy multiple times and ask for the items that were found left on the truck. He assured me that the glass will be fixed and he will personally deliver it to me. It's been 2 WEEKS now and I have NOT received my items nor my table. He was a no show two times after promising he will deliver them back to me. Ive called over and over because I have been understanding and reasonable, and not nobody even calls back or texts back. No word on my items and that's considered theft!!!! I called the office and the manager said the owner will get in touch with me... NOTHING!!!! I would NOT recommend using them AT ALL and save yourself the headache of having to pay money to replace items they damage or forget and overcharge by doing a lazy and terribly far less move!!!!! I will update the review IF they stick to their word and bring my items back that they technically stole!

I DO NOT recommend THIS LOCATION. Recently over 40 Units broken into (see images). Property changed…read morehands. Memorial Day broken front door AGAIN. NOT SECURE - no guard on duty - wide open. Tried to contact 4 different numbers Memorial Day - no response. Hit security button - no response. YOU DECIDE. Contacted management following day: "They are working on it and it was a tenant who broke the door." I recommended that a security guard be placed on duty when this type of security breach occurs. USN VET - CC (I pay approx. $183 for unit by auto pay - but obviously I am not getting the security that I THOUGHT ...I am paying for).
