It was rocky at first but I gave grace because the new owner was still learning. It was great until just about 6 months ago. I've been coming back in hopes that the place would improve but sadly it's been a waste. I am very well known in our town and everyone who knows me knows I like to support small business but this one has lost me for good. I like to collage, so I print out 4X6 photos a lot. I stopped printing them here because they never come out right and their machine takes way too long and the price is ridiculous. Go through Walgreens, they print for about 15 cents each and they deliver to your door. Also, on multiple occasions, I have dropped off packages here and have literally found that they were not scanned in and on other occasions, they were scanned in too late to be picked up by carriers same day. That's the whole point of this store, I don't get it. The staff that's there never seem happy. It takes them way too long to come from the back where it looks like they've just got out of bed. One employee always smells like marijuana. The owner has attitude and seems to hate being there. I tried to get a refund from her a couple months ago and she had no idea what she was doing. If she would hire employees who actually want to work and the quality of the machines, instead of the look of her business, it would be better. Sadly, I won't be back here. I don't recommend them to anyone. There's a store just up the street who actually puts their customers first. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

    Everybody this is what the Burbank shipping center sent to me as a response when I asked him for my…read morerefund for my mailbox service that I paid in advance for a year and because I asked them what was going on with packages I've been trying to get since January they said if I didn't stop asking that they were going to cancel my mailbox service and when they did right then and there knowing I had important mail coming and knowing I had packages that were coming as well they canceled my account right then and there and then they called the police on me because I was trying to talk to them about the fact that they've been ripping me off with my packages and here's what they're response was about giving me my refund. This woman Mary is lying I never had any warnings I was never racist and I was never rude I was always very friendly with everybody I would always show them everything that I would get from the that I would buy and I even gave some of the stuff to one of the staff there because I'm a nice person and I got too much I was never racist I was never rude I was always polite I would always open my packages there to be safe to know exactly what I received in the mail I also saved all my packages this woman Mary is lying I gave her all the correct information okay and I was never warned about anything I was never racist I was never rude I was always very polite and very professional with everybody even when I knew my packages were not being given to me

I went to the store and it was not there. I went there the next day (Tuesday) at about 11:30 AM and it still was not there. Then later in the afternoon they sent me an email announcing they had it. This was a crucial item for me and because I thought it was lost I ordered a new one and paid for it a second time. This delayed the deployment of a new service I was offering. The first one had a serial number and it was cancelled when they shipped the new one so I could not use the first one. I am worried this practice will cause a needless one day delay in delivery of my packages and letters. In addition, they never gave me a key to the mailbox, even though I have been there 3 times.

    I can't say enough good things about Grant and his crew. My…read moremove was a two household into one move. There was so much stuff and they got us in. Friendly, professional and just amazing. I was on a severe time crunch and they really saved my family. When I first reached out for bids, through Yelp, I received 15 canned/automated responses and Grant's personal message.     I do not know where to begin with this review. If I could sum it up in 2 words, it would be -…read moreunprofessional and unethical. I made a reservation for a move from Torrance to SCV with Grant but never received a confirmation- 1st red flag!! Grant and another guy showed up on moving day in a U haul, 1 roll of tape and a few raggedy blankets - 2nd red flag!! They took 6.5 hours to load a 2 bedroom and needed constant supervision. One of them also took a 20 min restroom break in the middle of the move in addition to the normal allocated break. Upon reaching SCV, we found our glass dining table top damaged along with a couple of other items. Grant came over a couple of days later and took measurements to replace the glass table top. Since that day (6 weeks since the move) it's been a game of evade and lies. He says he has the table top on order but no idea of when it is due. Now he won't return calls or messages. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. I have to resort to calling him from unknown numbers to get him to answer his phone. I have reported them to the BBB. The good reviews on here are people who just got lucky dealing with this joke of a company!! Please do yourself a favor and pick an honest, reliable and professional company other than these clowns!
