Their initial compensation offer was $23. After six months of haggling and constant follow-ups, they finally offered $123. I was exhausted and just took it to be done. To top it off, this was a Texas-to-Florida move, and they were extremely vague about when my belongings would actually arrive. No clear delivery day, no transparency--just stress and uncertainty. If you value your belongings or your time, please do not use this company. A good first impression means nothing when they can't keep track of your property or communicate honestly.

I tried to return a package using the same box it was originally delivered in, and they still refused to accept it. No clear explanation, just constant pushback and upselling. This does not feel like a standard UPS Store at all. It feels more like a family-run franchise making up their own rules rather than following UPS return policies. If they deny your return, go to another UPS Store. I did, and the other location accepted the exact same box without any issue. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and avoid this location.
