I had called 3 weeks in a row to make sure we would still have the reservation and was just told even if I had a reservation they would sell the until before that date if needed. However for 3 weeks 2 customer service representatives and 1 weeks storage until grounds have been telling me to call back every week. There were not going to hold reservations. so for 3 weeks I have been doing what they said I need to do to a fast No want the payment even if it is a month before college move out date. I was also In formed that they collected payment 4 months in advance. so if your not going to have stuff in the unit until need they still want payment. So many different things told. was so rude when I told them I was doing as they asked me to do and was told they didnt know who told me that. Yes they do because they know each time someone calls and calls are recorded plus agrees to allow me to record on my side. They are taking advantage of customer. Glady took my business somewhere else. I would not recommend this storage place.

Located just past the Publix near campus on 34th St. south, they take up a good portion of a strip mall. Inside you'll find storage rooms if all sizes in an air conditioned building. The storage units are constructed of plywood, with open tops covered by fencing. While it may not seem secure, we've never had a problem and it seems secure enough for summer storage of dorm items. Our son worked with Tyler, the on site manager (and son of the owners), to rent a good sized locker. He then assembled a bunch of friends who shared the locker and shared the costs. Tyler was delightful to work with. When we went to remove things this fall, the weather wouldn't cooperate: it rained all day. No worries! Tyler suggested that we back our car up onto the covered sidewalk in front so that we wouldn't get wet. Now that's customer service! And in a freak accident, Tyler inadvertently closed the door on me as I was carrying out a fishing pole. He didn't realize I was there, as he was chatting with another customer (I did say he was a great manager, didn't I?). No worries: as soon as I showed the broken rod to him he immediately, and without hesitation said to get it repaired or replaced, bring him the receipt and he'd pay for it. That's exactly what we did, and he wrote my son a check for the replacement. When I showed him the broken pole he was genuinely upset, saying he'd never broken any customer items before. And I believe him: when you see how well he runs the place and how organized and clean he keeps it, you'll understand why he was upset at himself. So if you need storage near Eckerd, this is the place to go!

They were great to work with, especially since my mom was paying & arranging it all from our home in NY. I only had to sign a few papers & show a credit card that they had on file already through my mom & was able to move in. Rates were great & they have a variety of unit sizes which is nice if you want to split a unit with roommates or have your own. My only issue is that you don't get 24/7 access to it, but they do have weekend hours & are longer than 9-5 during the week so you can get access to your unit a decent amount of time. Your can bring your own lock or you can buy one from them too. I always see the same younger guy working there & he's always polite, propping the doors opening & greeting you.

The car had just been purchased from Audi Sewickley, fully inspected by the dealership, and drove over 1,000 miles from Ohio to Florida with zero issues--no warning lights, no mechanical problems. When I dropped it off at CarLocker on May 8, everything was in perfect working order. Devin, a staff member at CarLocker, even drove the car himself and did not note any concerns. Fast forward to June 9 when I picked it up, Devin again drove the car and immediately commented on a dashboard warning light. Just hours later, while driving, the vehicle experienced a complete electrical failure and shut down in traffic. I had to call 911, and the police came to divert cars around me. Audi Clearwater diagnosed full failure of both the 12V and 48V batteries. Their service team stated this likely could've been prevented if the vehicle had been maintained properly, like keeping it on a battery charger, which is standard for long-term storage. I paid $4,364.96 for the battery replacements, plus $154.90 for towing totaling $4,519.86 out-of-pocket. I gave CarLocker the chance to make this right. Their response? Denial of responsibility and a claim that they only cover "gross negligence." Apparently, a car arriving in perfect shape and leaving with thousands in damage doesn't meet that bar. Whether it's gross negligence or just plain negligence, it's unacceptable. I expected better from a company trusted to care for high-end vehicles. I won't use CarLocker again, and I suggest others think twice.
