I even completed the inventory online to receive my quote, over $6k. It was their error if the scheduler did not know that my inventory would not fit in the two trucks. All the men had positive attitudes, but a few were not as active as the others. I had a few items get broken, yet again, but the last time this happened it took months on end to get things fixed. I decided not to go through that again. As I stated earlier, between the sky high prices, lazy movers, unorganized schedulers and just total change of quality and care, I will not be calling them ever again.

They then sat on the middle of the street blocking my path only delaying me further. I can see by the attitude of the manager why their employees act with a complete lack of courtesy or respect.

As a former Army wife, we've made a few moves and have had experiences that varied in quality. We've had broken furniture and had an entire cabinet of kitchen pans forgotten in Hawaii. Anyway, I was nervous before they showed up thinking about horror stories I had heard over the years and am happy to say that everything went great. We hired them to pack, to move, and unpack. The packing team had 4 people. We had a tight turnaround so didn't have time to do any advance packing. We had a full 1600sq foot place and the team got 85% of it packed and wrapped and ready in the first day. On the second day, there were six guys. They finished packing (including individually wrapping all photos and hanging artwork) and loaded onto the truck. The drive to our new town took about 3 hours. Four of the six guys made the trip and unloaded everything AND unpacked and put away the kitchen stuff and most of the closet stuff. Seriously- they were asking where things should go and not just randomly placing things. Also important, they were all friendly and seemed to be in good spirits. Nobody took smoke breaks or made crude comments. It was a very good experience. The price? Ok, it was expensive. We knew it would be and I just don't think you can move a house in a week without some costs.

Scratched our floors, scuffed our walls and I haven't even figured out how much other damage. Multiple items were shattered, scraped and not wrapped well. The movers scratched our floors very deeply with a scratch 14 inch long. The 3 guys spent a lot of time smoking and standing around. They used our restroom and left urine everywhere. Put stuff in the wrong place even though I was there giving instructions. Did the absolute bare minimum. Was overcharged on our quote and paid for the movers to stand around while Jeff put together a bed frame. They said they'd set up multiple shelves, they are sitting there unassembled on the floor. I would literally NEVER recommend this company and regret using them.
