Since you're unwilling to adjudicate this matter? STOLEN ITEM(S) -- DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY Save yourself the stress and frustration! DO NOT hire Two Men and a Truck for your move. You're far better off hiring family members or paying extra for a company that values integrity and accountability. During my move with Two Men and a Truck on November 1st( 7634 Reindeer Trail San Antonio, TX 78238), one of my personal items went missing while in their care..a pair of Gucci Platform Slides valued at $800. The item didn't just "go missing", it was taken. There is video footage of the incident, clearly showing the last person who handled the item and sketchy behavior. K.L( initials of the individual) was seen in the footage going into the truck, coming out of the truck and closing one of the doors, going back in the truck for 6 MINUTES, you can then see him rummaging through one of my shoe totes, after 6 minutes he comes out and opens the truck door back up. What was also weird was the totes were not wrapped up in any way in the footage, but when I was unpacking, one of the 2 totes were wrapped up in tape. It doesn't make sense for them to wrap items after they already moved to the new location, especially just one of them. For privacy reasons, I am withholding the footage AND full names of the individual(s) for now, but I will not hesitate to share it publicly if this continues to be ignored. Management, specifically Damien and Joe, provided me with the full names of the moving crew involved in my move. They even acknowledged that the video footage was sketchy and claimed that they suspended the individual. This information has been included in the official police report I filed. Despite this, Damien has made no real effort to resolve the situation. Every time I call, I'm told he has "stepped out of the office," and my attempts to reach him go unanswered. They apparently can't do anything about it since they don't have footage on their end on him taking them( which doesn't make sense for them to suspend the guy if they have nothing on him.. unless I'm being lied to). This is theft, plain and simple. I have taken all the proper steps. I've filed a police report, gathered evidence, and notified management. Yet I've received no accountability, resolution, or compensation. Each individual working ( 5 guys) were tipped $100 each on top of the hefty payment, I do not appreciate your employee going through my personal belongings and taking things as they please. I haven't been able to sleep at night because I live with the fear that they may have taken other things. Until this company takes responsibility and makes this right, I will continue to pursue this matter through every available channel. Consumers deserve to be warned.

I cannot overstate how pleased I am with Camoflauge Moving Service. I scheduled my move-out a month…read morein advance and just my luck I chose the coldest day of the new year; January 15th. I was prepared to get a call from David L (Business Owner) on that day stating he would have to reschedule due to icy conditions. I would have understood. Instead he called me to confirm the appointment and assured me his movers would be on time. At 1:00pm they were there. Friendly and professional. And mine was not an easy move. Large leather sofa and love seat, washer and dryer with pedestals, large armoire, glass top dinette etc. Honest truth; I was moved from a 2nd floor one bedroom apartment near USAA to a two bedroom 2nd floor apartment in Helotes in under 3 hours. No damage at all! My sincerest "Thank you!" to David and his moving crew. I wish all businesses delivered your high level of service

booked this moving company after getting a quote and having everything confirmed weeks in advance…read more They said they'd reconfirm the date and time closer to the move. On moving day, I tried calling them repeatedly for over 45 minutes. Every call went straight to voicemail. When someone (claiming to be the owner) finally picked up, he sounded completely confused and asked where the movers were, as if I had any idea. He said he'd call me right back to sort it out. That was the last contact I ever had from them. No callback, no explanation, no movers, just total silence. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. You can't run a service business, confirm a job, then fail to show up or even communicate on the day it's supposed to happen. It's not complicated. It's literally the bare minimum of showing up for a labor job, and they couldn't manage that. Thankfully, Veterans Movers saved the situation at the last minute. I reached out in a bind, explained what happened, and they responded quickly and professionally. They arrived on time, handled the move efficiently, took good care of my belongings, and charged fairly without any surprises. They turned a potential disaster into a smooth, stress-free experience. If you need movers you can actually count on, go with Veterans Movers. They deliver what they promise. To the company that left me hanging: This kind of behavior damages trust and ruins people's days. Do better, or don't take bookings at all. 0/5 stars if I could give it. Steer clear.

I specifically had a conversation about how it would work for settling up and I said that I just didn't want to end up having a $5k surprise bill at the end. He chuckled and said thats not going to happen. Well, it ended up closer to $4k extra, but that wasn't even the big problem. We agreed that they would do most of the packing on Thursday, finish up Friday, if necessary and hit the road, drive Friday & Saturday, and get in Sunday and unpack. On the packing day, he showed up in a 20ft Uhaul. We were surprised that it would fit in there but were ready to defer to the experts. as the day went on, it was clear that they needed more packing help, and that it wouldn't all fit in, but he insisted it would fit. At the end of the day, the truck was full and he agreed to come back in the morning with a trailer. When he came back in the morning he proposed putting the rest of our stuff in a storage and bringing it to us in a month. We didn't think it was a reasonable solution given that we had hired him to get all our stuff to our new home in 2 days. He kept bringing up this idea again and again. He ended up needing a 26ft truck and a 6x12 trailer and it took a full extra day to get our stuff loaded. The next issue was that as they got further behind they became careless and several items were damaged in the move and a wall was damaged a decent amount. I understand that some damage is to be expected in a cross country move, but not because of obvious careless packing... Lastly, he hires local people off of Nextdoor in the cities he moves people to (we didn't realize this), so it wasn't people he knew and I was suddenly having to trust them with my stuff and one was clearly stoned. Still, it all could've been fine if at any point he just owned up to mistakes, but instead, he just got careless and got rude and dismissive toward my wife. I was enthusiastic about hiring a local company instead of a big mover, but in the end, it added extra stress to the move, items were unnecessarily damaged, and the move ended up costing much more than quoted. It sounds like it was a one off bad experience, but certainly was an unpleasant experience for us.
