They were completely unprofessional, untimely, inaccurate, and incapable of doing what we hired them to do...move our belongings. They didn't come on the day they were scheduled to start, they came late the next day, and it took them from 10:00 a.m. Friday, 12 Sep, to 2:30 a.m. Saturday, 13 Sep. And, even then, they did not finish, we ended up having to go the next day and make two large truckloads (GMC 2500 HD Sierra Denali) to finish. They chipped our wooden curio, broke the top of a newly acquired IKEA 3 tier shelf, crushed the bottom portion of an IKEA 5 drawer chest of drawers, scraped up a couple drawers of a wooden dresser, dislodged wooden pieces of a corner shelf, unproperly moved our grandfather clock (to the point the chains were all tangled up inside the clock), and they broke the tempered glass shelves in our wooden china cabinet. The owner absolved himself of all responsibility less repair of our curio and wooden dresser drawers. We received no further compensation for the remaining damage. I highly recommend AGAINST hiring this company.

I contacted this company through Yelp, but was surprised the request went to several junk hauling businesses. However, it's easy to let businesses know through Yelp you no longer need their service. Antonio from Amigos reached out right away and asked for a picture of the recliner we needed removed. The price he quoted was very reasonable and much less than another business I had contacted before his. I agreed right away and he told me the exact time he planned to be at our place for pick up. Antonio even gave me a heads up that he was in 1604 traffic (understandable), which I greatly appreciated. Despite the traffic, him and his sons arrived right on time. I appreciated that his business was a family affair and enjoyed seeing how kindly he was coaching his sons to help remove the chair. Antonio was a consummate professional and incredibly courteous. He brought a regular truck to take the recliner, but said he has much larger trucks available for larger hauls if needed. I am saving Amigos in my phone as a trusted business.
