However using the Pflugerville Pecan St location will result in some rude treatment from the owner. She and I had an unpleasant conversation about the fact that since I wasn't her "customer", she was entitled to charge me a pickup fee. According to her I had no business in using her store as a pickup location. She mentioned charging me a fee. I happen to know the regulations about shipping and calmly explained that she had no right to limit pickups in the UPS system. She became increasingly rude and angry but finally released the package. She really wanted to be angry and didn't expect dealing with someone knowledgeable about the regulations related to interstate commerce. The regular employees are fine, no issues. However this woman has ensured that that store will not see any of my UPS business that will generate revenue for her.

Sebastian & crew were awesome. They were extremely professional and efficient--they did the whole move in 4 hours, including taking apart and reassembling some difficult pieces of furniture. Based on our estimate we were expecting it to take at least 6 hours, and cost is largely based on how much time it takes, so they saved us hundreds of dollars by being so quick. Because I was getting a pod and did not have the delivery time, Kevin scheduled me for between 1-5pm. I got a call a about 1230 and two guys arrived at 230. The guys were great! They carefully wrapped everything up and secured most of my items into the pod. They were there for three hour at $140 an hour. These two young kids even moved a really heavy outdoor fireplace and heavy appliances. Since I moved out of town, I hope I never have to call them up for help again. But I would absolutely recommend them t my friends and family.
