Each and every employee is very friendly and efficient. Chris has been exceptional to work with. Prices here are far better than the surrounding storage facilities (especially now under new management). Units stay pretty cool or warm because of the way these units are put together compared to all other storage facilities we looked at. Renting a Uhaul on site was an added bonus and again Chris was very friendly and again efficient renting that out to me.

The move in was easy. The move out? Not so much. My boyfriend with another unit had the same issue. We have both been charged another month now. When contacting the office for help we were told to "call back when some guy's name is here". Called customer service and had to submit a request for a refund even though the rep said it was clearly noted on the account what the move out dates were. Very disappointed!!

"Why are you going in there alone?" "Why are you turning down that dark scary hallway?" The elevator is kind of scary and old and the flickering fluorescent lights are a bit unnerving, but all seems relatively well and safe here. Sure, I'm used to living in the suburbs. But I still feel like it's not terribly convenient to have a storage unit off a big busy street with meter parking (maybe you get a spot right out front, maybe not) when you're trying to pick up heavy boxes of stuff and get them to your car. They have dollys and all, but it's still odd to me to be wheeling personal items down Broadway to your car. Keep in mind they have standard biz hours so you can't make any late night stops!

If she would have came at me politely and was like "hey I don't know if you might have missed this in the fine print in the policy but you can't be doing that", things would have been fine but I asked her why she had to be so rude and disrespectful to us.
