I have NO idea why their a 3.4 rating I buy defaulted storage lockers and Andyre (sorry your card is downstairs) is so helpful. I don't buy lockers more than 10 miles from me these units are 30 miles but because of her eccentric customer service I'm a repeat customer. read more

Place is horrible, they will raise your rent on your space literally whenever they want and it's never a small amount like 60 70 dollars. It's insane they just raise rent like that. This place will not work with you and its a it is it is what it is type of place. Definitely would not recommend there are others places that will work with you and way better customer service. This place is convenient but expensive especially when there's bums sleeping in the facility and always garbage everywhere. read more

Evans Ave in North Las Vegas, NV.)  I knew after just a few minutes of our discussion about what I needed with *****ANDRY***** that this storage facility is where I "needed" to store my "valuable" personal belongings. *****ANDRY***** is an """OUTSTANDING""" representative for this location of an Extra Space Storage Facility. *****ANDRY***** not only makes you feel comfortable from the very 1st time you walk into the office, she is "very attentive" as well. *****ANDRY***** answered all of my questions and concerns about this facility. *****ANDRY***** is without question "The Reason" why I chose this Storage Facility!! I'm a Senior Citizen, and actually had been to 3 other storage facilities that morning, not one of them were trustworthy to me, that search can be so frustrating, anyway I "truly believe" that God has a reason why we meet the people that we do in "our journey", whether good or bad! In my opinion *****ANDRY***** was and still is "A BLESSING" to me, she showed me that there are still people that truly care and are very passionate about life as well as what they "choose" to do with their life and what they have "chosen" to do for their work. *****ANDRY"S***** personality is very refreshing, she's always smiling as well as being friendly and totally "HONEST"!! Great experience with this location! The premises were clean and free of debris. there wasn't any riffraff at any time during the day or night. NICOLE was AMAZING! She was so sweet and helpful! She made sure our visit was perfect. If I could rate on her customer care I would give her a 10 star review! Horrible! Mice infested. I had found a mouse in my unit and immediately told them to take care of the problem. They said they would set traps and handle it. I went back and heard mice in other units next to mine, so I went and complained to the office again. Two days later I went back to pick up my couches to find that mice had ate at my couch made a hole in it and nested in there. I went and talked to someone again and they had told me if I have any Receipts I could get a check for what I had lost to the mice which is only $2,000 ONLY IF I HAVE RECEIPTS. Disgusting I don't recommend this place at all! I would give no stars if possible. read more

I really enjoyed the GREAT customer service I received. I had reserved a unit online and before going through all the paperwork, they took me to look at the unit to see if it was the right size. I am so glad they did, because I was so off. It really took alot of time off getting the rental. Both guys were totally awesome and friendly. I would recommend this storage to all my friends. I recommend this location. It appears clean and secure. Customer Service is very professional, friendly, and helpful. I verified on line that this location has the lowest price in the area for the unit size I needed. You can reserve a unit for same day or for up to 30 days. .I arrived the 1st time with truck load. I realized I reserved to small of a unit. They allowed us to take a larger one and still use the on line discount. Once the contract was signed we were able to unload. The customer Service rep was very thorough with everything. I heard her refer a customer to a competitor for an item she did not have available. This is so rare. It made me happier about using their facility. She was kind enough to drive me in her cart to my unit, once she finished helping her other customers. The process was quick and easy. read more
